Escape to this conveniently located historic 2-bedroom house in Woodend. Originally built in 1897 as the Station Masters house, this charming 2-bedroom house has been recently renovated and modernised whilst maintaining a sense of the history attached. With a combination of heating to suit the occassion (underfloor, ducted and wood burning fire, you'll be well catered for. There's even an outdoor wood burner for that camp fire feeling. Modern amenities like WiFi and a washing machine, along with the relaxing loungeroom with fireplace create a welcoming atmosphere and make it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones.
Two spacious Queen sized bedrooms with two bathrooms (one main, one en-suite) and a fully functioning, well equipped kitchen means you don't actually need to go anywhere - but we hope you do. The township of Woodend is charming too. With its cafe's, pubs, wine/gin bars, restaurants, gift shops, along with Coles and IGA for daily requirements you'll feel like you've picked one of Victoria's best regional towns - and you have! Surrounded by wineries and day trips to Bendigo, Daylesford and beyond or stay closer with a hike up Hanging Rock or take in the views from the top of Mount Macedon. It's all here waiting for you.
