About this villa rental
5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Ibiza Villa 1259
A peaceful and romantic retreat nestled in the serene beauty of Ibiza’s northern coast.
Far from the lively energy of the islands southern shores, Ibiza Villa 1259 is a sanctuary of calm, surrounded by the natural majesty of the north. Accessed through a private, tree-lined driveway, the property consists of two adjacent Ibicenco-style houses, blending centuries-old charm with modern luxury. The smaller finca, over 800 years old, retains many original features, including the iconic Sabina tree ceilings and traditional whitewashed walls, embodying the true spirit of Ibiza.
The larger of the two houses was designed by renowned architect Rolf Blakstad, showcasing polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains, and spacious rooms with large balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the sea.
An Idyllic Villa Surrounded by Nature: As you explore Ibiza Villa 1259, the scent of fragrant herbs will awaken your senses, and youll be enchanted by the natural beauty surrounding the villa. Stroll through gardens filled with mature olive and palm trees, where seasonal fruits such as pomegranates, figs, and plums can be picked straight from the trees. The flower beds brim with roses and lavender, while lush green lawns offer space to relax and unwind.
Children will love the hidden play area, complete with swings and a slide, as well as the multitude of outdoor spaces waiting to be discovered. The heated infinity pool, with its sleek decked lounge area and stylish shaded sails, provides a tranquil escape where you can leave the stresses of the world behind. A short 3-minute stroll through your private pine forest leads to the secluded Cala Xucla cove, where calm waters and golden sands await.
Perfect for Events and Weddings: Ibiza Villa 1259 is an idyllic setting for a romantic wedding or special event. You can hold your ceremony right on the beach, with the gentle waves of Cala Xucla in the background, or choose a cliff-top location with panoramic views of the sea, especially breathtaking at sunset. As the day comes to a close, the sky transforms into vibrant shades of pink, purple, and orange – the perfect backdrop for any celebration.
Explore the North of Ibiza – The Islands Hidden Gem: While Ibiza Villa 1259 offers a peaceful retreat, it’s also perfectly positioned for exploring the best the northern part of the island has to offer. Here are some top activities and places to explore:

It’s an ideal spot for snorkeling, with plenty of marine life to discover beneath the surface.
Portinatx – A short drive from the villa, Portinatx is one of Ibiza’s most picturesque villages, offering a more laid-back vibe compared to the bustling south.
