My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo. There was 5 of us that stayed the there was plenty of room for everyone.

Our cottage was clean, the neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. We enjoyed the pull out couch for late night Netflix and the swing on the enclosed porch for coffee and devotion in the mornings.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect location for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well.
Overall the property was clean. However, the shower curtain on the top level had scum and mildew on it and the comforter had 3 big stains.
More furniture in the living room and porch would be nice as well. If these things were addressed we would consider staying here again.

Can’t stress enough how nice the neighborhood is, really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all the well cared for houses. Inside of the house was comfortable, enough room for our family. Enjoyed our day trip to the zoo, would stay again if in the area.

This is a great townhome. Well kept and comfortable, in a beautiful neighborhood, and conveniently close to a lot of attractions. We hope to be able to stay here again any time we visit Cincinnati.

We were visiting family in Fort Thomas and needed a place for (4) of us to stay. This place was perfect for us. Great location, tons of room, and very clean. We would definitely stay again. The owner/rental company did not respond to my messages on the VRBO app, but when it came close to our stay, the communication was great via texts.

The house is in a friendly, beautiful neighborhood. Great size! It is several floors so make sure you are able to go up and down. We had no problems! Clean. We have everything we needed. Kroger had our grocery delivery there when we arrived. Many good restaurants close. We enjoyed ice cream and walking to the parks! I really enjoyed the screens on the windows so we were able to sleep with the windows open! Great stay!

The house was nice and spacious, very clean. We enjoyed visiting the Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Cyclones hockey game, definitely recommend eating dinner at Buckhead Mountain Grill along the river. Breakfast is fantastic at the Anchor Grill and their staff was so welcoming. Jungle Jims Grocery is a must see. Definitely would visit again, thanks for the hospitality.

The property worked perfectly for us as we helped our Son’s family move into the area.

This property is very, very clean. The check in process was easy. We had access to everything we needed. I would however recommend a few more items in the kitchen. A few more food storage containers, ice cube trays since the fridge does not make ice, a couple of dish towels, pre packaged salt, pepper and coffee condiments, an aero bed for the extra space on the third floor. These are just minor things, overall this place was wonderful!

Great neighborhood, cute place.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Located in a safe neighborhood with the cutest playground area for kids. Place is just as pictured. Some how I missed that it was two units/apartment style however we were separated enough that we didn’t hear or notice the neighbors. Kitchen has all fhe basics-I would just request oven mits and more than 1 dish cloth to add. Got a quick response from customer service, even at 8pm. My favorite part is the 3 sets of washer/dryers. Made my laundry experience better and faster than at home! We intend to come back on our next trip to Ohio/Kentucky area.
Thanks.

Very nice older house in a nice neighborhood. The house is off the beaten trail and quite. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay while visiting several area attractions.

Beautiful rental!! Just be advised there are 2 units within this home. One downstairs, and one upstairs. If you have any handicap family members who are unable to climb stairs, you may want to rent to bottom unit. In front of the home there are 2 adjacent doors. Upstairs unit is left sided front door and downstairs unit is r sided front door. Aside from that, it is a great rental property!!!
