About this house rental
Walk to everything! Our family friendly home is a short flat walk to the beach, parks, shops, restaurants, pub, cafe’s- everything you could need during your visit to Coolum Beach. Perfect for one or two families our character home is ideal for a relaxing summer break.
What you’ll love:
- Family home in quiet court, yet so close to the beach and town
- Beautiful salt water pool surrounded by tropical palms & plants
- Outdoor dining overlooking the pool
-Trampoline, sandpit & cubby
Perfect for families, we’re equipped with games, toys, books, pool and trampoline- ideal for making family holidays a breeze!
Your doggo needn’t miss out, we’re pet friendly too!
Spend your days strolling down the esplanade, and grabbing a coffee on your way to the beach. Then come home and relax by the pool for the afternoon. BBQ dinners poolside, or select from one of our many, wonderful local restaurants- the choice is yours!
If you’re feeling energetic, Mount Coolum hike is a 10 minute drive south, or Noosa National Park just a 20 minute drive to the north.
The house is spread across three split levels. There are external and internal stairs. The home would not be suitable for anyone not able to manage stairs, or young children not yet confident on stairs.

Upstairs // King bedroom, 2 x Double bedrooms, Bathroom & toilet
Downstairs // Lounge room 2, Queen bedroom, combined bathroom & laundry with external door to backyard
Please note the house is an original 70’s built home that has been given various facelifts over the years. It’s full of character and imperfections!
Parking is at the front of the property on the concreted driveway, there is no undercover parking.
LOCATION
We’re an easy 5 minute walk to the Coles complex which includes, cafes, newsagency, post office, restaurants and loads of other retailers. Another minute or two will have you at Dan Murpheys and the Coolum Beach Hotel. This is also where you’ll find the bus stop with bus 622 taking you directly to Noosa or Maroochydore along the David Low Way. Across the road is the Lions Park and Beach Access. You really can leave the car at home enjoy all Coolum has to offer.
