A secondary bedroom featuring a King-size bed, Smart TV and offers its own Walk-in closet, and ensuite bath featuring a new JAPANESE STYLED toilet and walk-in shower.
There are 2 additional guest bedroom that offers a queen-size bed,
Smart TV, ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors that open onto a beautifully painted wrap-around patio with birdcage.
The 5th bedroom is set up as a Den/TV/Gaming room and offer a hide-a-bed couch.
The Kitchen offers and expansive wrap around counter top and is equipped with a gas stove, built-in refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It is a haven for culinary enthusiasts. Also, has a 4 person breakfast table.

***Long term renters - Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***
