For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, ping-pong table, swings.

- A private 9mx4m swimming pool heated to 28°C from early May to late October, equipped with an electric safety shutter.
- A beautiful 4,500 m² private garden
- Two terraces (one of 40 m² and a second of 20 m²) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in the forest, a haven of peace with no onlookers and the sound of birdsong. The town of Carnac is 3 km away and the first beaches 5 km. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
