Enjoy an afternoon at Barton Springs and do as the Austinites do by swimming or enjoying a lovely waterside picnic. The Paramount Theatre and Moody Theater are both located just 3 miles away from downtown and always have a show or concert on the schedule. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
The studio includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
The main home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Street and alleyway parking available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the back of the home and actively monitoring the back of the property.
