Terrible setup. Arrived late at night to find the apartment was not in the given address. The phone number given was all in Spanish and was an answering machine only. It gave an Andorran number that rang out. After 3 hours of walking around in the snow we finally found some helpful people who encountered the same problem the night before. They gave us a contact number of someone. 4 phone calls later we found there was someone that had our apartment keys and we had to pay him an extra €35 to get the keys and we were given an address and told to find it ourselves.
All in all terrible experience and will most definitely not be staying with them again.
