Palma also boasts a deeply significant religious history, with the incredible La Seu Cathedral being based just a short walk away from the centre of the region. This monument was constructed during the region of Jaime II, highlighting a vast assortment of Gothic and Roman Catholic motifs. The cathedral also has a nave that reaches an astonishing 44 metres. This makes it the second highest nave of all Gothic cathedrals, after the Beauvais Cathedral in France. Guests can enter this amazing building and bask in an authentic collection of artefacts and fixtures, making it a real treat for any lover of architecture.
 
Palma is also known for its alluring selection of museums, with Es Baluard Museum of Modern & Contemporary Art is considered a fan favourite.
