Situated less than ten minutes’ walk (approx. 600 metres) to the pristine surf beach and offering all the modern conveniences, this property will become a favourite family getaway. Only 10 minutes’ drive to Carlo Point boat ramp.
Driftwood is exactly what you would imagine a beach side holiday retreat to be. A three bedroom, two bathroom house with a beautiful in-ground private pool, two separate living areas, modern kitchen, wifi and air conditioning.

* large air conditioning in upstairs living area and individual AC units in downstairs bedrooms

* huge rear deck with eight seater outdoor setting and family sized Webber BBQ – overlooking the pool

* full laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Each of the three bedrooms have built-in robes and the master bedroom also boasts an ensuite and walk in robe. Polished timber floors flow throughout the upstairs living area that creates a seamless transition to the front and back decks outside. Air conditioning as well as ceiling fans ensure comfort and a huge (10 x 4m) in-ground private pool will keep you cool.
No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival, all towels provided and essential amenities included - just unpack and enjoy!
Three bedroom house sleeps up to eight people with one x king size bed, one x queen size bed and two x double beds.
* No parties or functions
* No smoking please
* No pets
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
