Listing price is for first guest. Addtional guest will be charged $40 guest per night. Reservation must show actual number of guests for proper book fees.

-- Entire house for rent 3 bedrooms 2 baths, no sharing room, space inside. Guest must report accurate Registered guests on booking. NO PET allowed. Big back yard, property setback from street frontage for quiet and serenity. This is a resort style complex on acreage lot, zoned access and separated entrance for each renter. Laundry facility inside the house. Shared swimming pool. Garage area is not included in the rent for guest.
-- Designated Parking Lot will be sent out to guest before arrival date. Please park in the assigned spot. Guest must disclose actual number of Guest for price, addtional guest will be charge $50/night.
-- Swim at your own Risk, no climbing, Host will not be responsible for injuries or accident. Access common areas (swimming pool, laundry facility, back yards usage) at guest OWN RISK because they are not part of the rented space. Do Not move or tamper any setting in the common area without permission as they are maintained by 3rd parties. Pool will be opened seasonal April 15th to September 15th and from 8am to 8pm for safety
-- Long staying guest, might request cookware, or needed items and Host will try to accomodate your need. Regular 1-2 nights stay guests must prepare your necessities. If things are not listed in our listings, and you are not sure, don't hessitate to message us.
