Situated in Woodingdean, this property is just a 10-minute drive from Brighton city centre, with a frequent bus service running every 10 minutes, just a minute’s walk away. For added convenience, the house includes a private driveway with space for up to 2 vehicles, plus free street parking.
The house is only a 6-minute drive from Brighton Amex Stadium and the University of Sussex, and for those who love the outdoors, the stunning South Downs walking trails are a short 5-minute stroll away. The beautiful Rottingdean beach is just a 10-minute drive for a peaceful coastal escape.
Inside, the living room boasts a large, comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With high-speed WIFI, a TV, and full use of the kitchen, this house provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I live locally and am readily available should you need anything during your stay.
Please note that this property can only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, and we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If you have any doubts about whether you meet this requirement, please contact us before booking.
Additionally, we have a strict noise policy in place to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, which includes no loud music or parties. We use noise monitors throughout the property to ensure that this policy is adhered to, and if you trigger a noise alert, we will contact you by phone, text, and/or email. If the problem persists or you do not respond to us, our security team may be called out to visit the property, and a charge will be passed onto you. Failure to comply with the noise policy could result in further visits and charges, and in extreme circumstances, you may be asked to leave the property.
