We are committed to protecting our property, which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest' by Superhog: the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. So, before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through 'Know Your Guest'. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Please note, that the refundable deposit does incur a transaction fee upon return.

We highly suggest that you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Our Airbnb guests can opt out of this insurance but for all other booking platforms this insurance policy is compulsory.

There is a ski locker in the building where the hot tub is. Our team will have to drop off a key for them to get into the locker room if they would like to use it. The lockers are first come first serve and don't have locks on them. Otherwise there is a small area in the entry way to put ski equipment.

- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit - please note there is no storage available at this unit for sporting equipment. You will need to keep the items in your vehicle.
- If you are here for work, please do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
