About this house rental
Charming Victorian house nestled down a quiet road just a few minutes' walks away from the center of Acton. With great access to the west, south, and center of London, this is a fantastic area to live in and an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to make a life in the city with a fantastic place to call home.
You will have access to the whole house with three bedrooms and one bathroom. There are two main bedrooms, both coming with a double bed, with additional sleeping room for two, possibly even three children in a bunk bed. There is a smart TV and Wi-fi is installed with a connection of 35mbps.
Acton is an ideal community for those looking to live a little further away from the madness of the center of London. There is a lot of nightlife and cafes and restaurants in Acton Central, Ealing, Sheppard’s Bush, White City, and Kew, across the river. All accessible on the Overground or SL08 express bus.
There is plenty to see and do in nearby areas, with Richmond, Kew, Fulham, and Chelsea, all an easy distance from you and your new home. Get ready to make the most of long summer evenings spent along the banks of the River Thames and enjoy the many open green spaces close by.
The area is particularly well connected for public transport services. The Overground, Underground and standard railway services are all less than 20 minutes away walking! Jump on the underground for District Line services to connect to more tube lines at Hammersmith or hop on the Overground for North and South London connections.
Trains run through Acton to London Heathrow airport by both Underground (average journey of 45 minutes) and standard rail services (average journey between 30-35 minutes). For anyone wishing to drive in the area, it’s important to note that whilst Acton remains outside the congestion charge zone, any journeys into the city centre will require you to pay the congestion charge of £15 per day each day you wish to drive into the centre of London.
