The spacious living room invites you to relax with its tall gable ceilings, cozy sectional, and a dining table for 6—ideal for board games or puzzles. Upstairs, a loft offers two single beds, while the main level features four bedrooms:
- **Primary Bedroom**: King bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, private ensuite with a jetted tub, and separate shower.
- **Bedroom 2**: King bed.
- **Bedroom 3**: Two single beds.
- **Bedroom 4**: Queen bed.
Two additional full bathrooms ensure everyone has ample space and privacy.
Step outside to the covered patio, featuring comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking. Just beyond, you'll find a cozy firepit area and your very own private sandy beach. Enjoy fun outdoor activities with cornhole boards set up for a friendly game. **The property offers parking for 4-5 vehicles. Please note that a boat and trailer will count as 2 vehicles when parking.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, except for the garage and a locked cleaning closet located off the primary bedroom. These areas are reserved for owner use and maintenance. Enjoy the rest of the home and its amenities, including the sandy beach, firepit, and covered patio!
**Please respect the privacy of the neighboring property to the east. The dock and the white table and chairs at the beach are private and not available for guest use. We ask that you refrain from using these areas to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.
