Warm welcome and the room was clean and nice, as well as the shared bathroom and toilet. However, the hotel is located next to a restaurant. They made a lot of noice. Also, it was extremely hot in the room, but there was no airco. The windows could open which meant a night with the mosquitos. All together, we didn’t have a good night sleep.

If though, the hotel is having renovation, the room are sparkling clean, small and yet cosy. Near the train station and others amenities. The breakfast is simple but awesome! Recommend to others who want to stay near the train station

Sadly not the best place. Cigarette burns on the sheets and broken tap in the bathroom. Not the best exprerience.

I’m genuinely surprised this hotel has had decent reviews. The staff were rude, the decor was outdated, and my bedsheet had a hole in it.
The smell of the hotel was horrible. It smelled damp and stale- I have no idea what it was but it was not good! We were told we could check in at 2pm and when we came to check in, we were told we couldn’t check in until 2:30pm.
There were a couple of things that did not make sense- for instance a kettle was provided but nothing else- no mugs, spoons or tea/coffee.
I’m not a massive complainer (I swear) and rarely leave bad reviews but this is genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My friend and I spoke to a couple of other groups staying in the hotel and we were all of the consensus that it was an awful stay.
The bed itself was comfortable and the location was great- 5 minutes to the main station and only 10 to the centre, but these things don’t even come close to making up for the negatives.I cannot believe we paid €80 for this room- it was not like the photos and was not worth even half of what we paid.

The hotel is within walking distance of where the Christmas market is and all the shops.

Restaurant on corner connected to hotel served amazing food and staff looked after us in front of other waiting customers. Beautiful food!!

I don't mind the toilet and showers being located separately (with the shower being tiny); I don't mind the room not having a TV; I don't mind the room having only one power outlet; I even don't mind the lack of A/C - but the one thing I can't stand, in 2019, is painfully slow WiFi Internet. The Internet speed was often less than 1 Mbps - 1990s quality; unacceptable in 2019!

Good location, terrible beds, dirty walls, shower not working (a problem when there is only one shower for 4-5 rooms, toilet facility sucks (the toilet board is loose and there is no sink, you need to wash your hands in your room), no lobby, intense noise from the restaurant next door.

Ok, this Hotel is beautiful and is very well located but, the service is very poor or sometimes inexistent, the only person who cared was a woman called Hannah, the others one look at you like you are begging, the other was useless, we were staying in this hotel but breakfast is in the hotel next door, and we saw that some people left the cases when they check out and there was an space for that we asked this lady and she say no, we should left the case in our hotel, (BTW this hotel is completely empty there are no people working in that hotel everything is through the bar or the hotel next door. Anyway I was not going to left my case there, No way. but we love the hotel is very authentic no frills, my advice for you bring your own toiletries, for the management repair, I don't mind to eat and drink in a broken cup or plate but need repair certain things.
Definitively, recommend to stay no tv, shared bathroom, toilet no matter bruges is to explore no need for that.

A hotel that delivers what you pay for. For the price I could really recommend it. Good location and free parking.

Nice hotel in the old town and just five minutes walking from the bus and train station. Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

This is a good value for money B&B considering how expensive is Brugge. Never the less, do not make the same mistake as I did: don't expect a hotel standard, it's rather a hostel setup, with shared wc and shower. In spite of some more recent items - like the shower, but why is it so narrow whereas there's enough space for a larger cabin? - it feels like a WWII decor. The sink has two taps, either cold or boiling hot, the bed is not comfortable, etc. Location is right in the inner periphery, it takes 15 to 20 minutes of walk to reach the center. But the neighborhood is pleasant and very quiet although it's very close to the train station and the highway. The reception area was going through a renovation when I was there but there were no disturbances. The breakfast is correct and served in the bar next to the hotel.

Unbelievably great!
The hotel is so clean and organised. We'd give the breakfast 20 out of 10... Incredible choice, and so fresh! Worth more than 3 stars!

For a one star hotel it is more than ok, if you compare price with another hotels in the area and if you are ok with shared bathroom and toilet it is great way to spend less money in Brugges and still be close to the centre.
2.0
The rooms are not at all like in the pictures, but rather a super tiny, cramped hostel-style room with barely enough space to put down a suitcase, let alone open it. The hotel seems to be stuck in the 70's.
