The property is new. The owner finished renovating it in June 2014 and decorated it elegantly with the colours of the sea and the sky. The house is on the road to Positano, where the Amalfi Coast's most beautiful and picturesque beaches are.

Baglio Holiday House is located in the same place as Sofia Loren's famous villa.
It can comfortably accommodate up to four people, a maximum of 6 (two king-size beds and two single beds). Baglio Holiday House has an area of 160 square meters, including two private terraces with a beautiful sea view.

It has a large kitchen with a fantastic sea view through the large windows, air conditioning, and 4G mobile Wi-Fi. Please note that WI-FI speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited; browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate. It is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs or streaming videos.

Baglio Holiday House consists of the following:
The living area furnishings include a pull-out queen-size sofa, a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a dining table for eight, a large window to a large balcony, and an air conditioning/heating unit.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, plates, and glasses. In addition, the kitchen has large windows on two walls, through which you can see the sky and sea view.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms that communicate with a large balcony through which you can admire the enchanting view. The first bedroom is large and furnished with a double bed, a large closet, and a desk with a chair.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet, a desk and chair, and a private bathroom with a whirlpool shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning/heating.
The third bedroom has two single beds, a large closet, and a bathroom.

There are two full bathrooms with a shower (no tub), sink, toilet and bidet, while the master bedroom bathroom has a whirlpool shower from which you can see the sea by day and the stars at night through the window opposite the shower.

The terrace is 90 square meters in size. A large umbrella partially shades it. There is a beautiful view of the sea of Amalfi from the terrace.

PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents.

CHECK-IN
one week before your arrival date, you will receive a message via VRBO chat with all the instructions and local contacts. Please note that check-in is possible only between 16:00 and 19:00. Outside this window, you may experience a waiting time up to 2 hours.

If you arrive in Amalfi, you must organise transportation from Amalfi to the property; Taxis are available in Amalfi’s main square. Please be aware that the fee might be up to €80 from Amalfi to the property. Always ask for the taxi fee before boarding any taxi.

PARKING
If you arrive with a car, note that Casa Baglio does not offer a car park; however, there is a private car park very close to the property. We do not call or organise any car park; we provide our guests with the phone number for this service after the booking is confirmed and if required. There will be a daily fee charge.

Alternatively, you can park the car on the road outside Casa Baglio for free, if you find a space because it is only sometimes permitted to park. In this case, we are not responsible for damage or car park fines. You may also risk the car being taken by the traffic police to their depo, from where you will be charged extra to release it.
