About this house rental
This villa is located in a quiet residential area with the back facing a green area and a children's park.
The villa is built on one level with a basement and has plenty of space for two families to live comfortably. The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor with double beds, pleasant livingroom which is furnished with a comfortable sofa group, a smart TV, dining table with seating for eight people and an exit to a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional with everything you could want for a comfortable holiday stay. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. In the basement there is a large recreation room, where the children can hang out and also sleep as there are two single beds. They can also watch TV and sit and play games here. Adjacent is the fourth bedroom which also has a double bed. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine and a shower cubicle.
In the small garden at the back of the house you can sit and relax and have breakfast or dinner. A grill is available for lovely barbecue evenings. From here you can also reach the small playground.
Charging box for electric cars is available. You pay the cost to the owner via an app. Bicycles, highchairs and cots are available at no extra cost.
To see and do in Färjestaden and the surrounding area
Around the house knot you will find several football pitches and tennis courts. In a few minutes drive, you will reach Färjestaden with its large selection of restaurants down by the harbor as well as a mall with shops. There are also fine sandy beaches and mini golf courses here. If you want to play golf, Saxnäs fine golf course is only 15 minutes away.
Take the children on a trip to Öland's zoo and amusement park, which can be an experience for them. You can also visit the royal castle Solliden or Borgholm with all its shops and restaurants or why not take a trip to Kalmar with its Castle. Skälby farm, which is located just outside Kalmar, is popular among families with children as you can have close contact with the farm's animals. A world of dinosaurs - Europe's largest dinosaur museum is also worth a visit.
