+ Bedroom 2 has two singles which can be moved together to form a king bed & opens onto the veranda.
+ Bedroom 3 has 2 x bunk beds (4 beds) & opens onto the veranda.
+ Stylish main bathroom with shower & bath.
+ Laundry has a large front loader washing machine & dryer.
+ Level fenced yard at rear backs onto picturesque acreage with Kookaburras, parrots & kangaroos in abundance.
+ BYO hammocks to really enjoy the outdoor space.
