In between is the home’s heartbeat, a cozy space to cook, dine, and relax together. The kitchen has everything you need to prep family favorite meals that can be served around a six-seat dining table. The sofas and chairs in the great room serve as a comfortable gathering point around a Smart TV. Better yet, enjoy the sound views from the floor-to-ceiling slider doors. Access the spacious, furnished, and partially covered deck via the sliding doors where a 6-person hot tub is perched on the corner to provide a soothing soak and some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
