When you walk in, the main floor boasts a grand entrance that takes you into the sitting area, the fully loaded Chef’s Kitchen for preparing huge family meals or the space to welcome a private chef to handle all the work for you. Walk through to find one of the largest dining tables in Asheville seating 20. Rest comfortably knowing that everyone in your group has a seat at the table so you can sit together for that holiday or celebration meal. Turn the corner to find the bright and moody living room, one of 3 in the property, with seating for 14+, a huge luxurious deep seat Crate & Barrel sofa and a 85” tv with streaming available. Opposite the living spaces, find a half bath and a totally private primary suite oasis. The main floor primary suite is the epitome of ultimate relaxation and luxury complete with an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub, King bed, sitting area, tv, electric fireplace, work station and its own patio entrance.

Outside, you will find the wrap around porch with dining for 12, several sitting areas, and a coffee (or wine) bar. Walk down a few steps to arrive at the turf game lawn and the wellness deck all under the lights. Privately set behind the house with mountain views, this epic outdoor area is unmatched. Stocked full of games like putt putt, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and more, you will never run out of games and fun outside. Between this totally private outdoor area and the basement arcade/movie room, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy!

Upstairs, you’ll find a poker room, the second living area, and four more bedrooms. With unique style and setup, each bedroom is an oasis for you and your family: A second primary with a brand new modern farmhouse style en suite bathroom with walk in shower and work station, a room with two queens and cozy reading nook, a kids room with 2 queens, games, and play nooks, another magazine worthy king bed guest room, and another spa styled brand new luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. Every room is unique, styled with luxury and touches of fun.

Downstairs is the hidden gem of the house where you’ll find a huge game room complete with pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, skeeball, pinball, 2 arcade games (NFL Blitz & Ms Pacman), and ping pong. Next to the game room is the private gym with equipment to get your movement in during your stay stocked with dumbbells up to 25#, mats, yoga blocks, bands, and more. Through the hall is the third living area of the house, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and drink fridge, a bedroom featuring a queen bed, and a private entrance without stairs. The Movie Theater boasts 10 recliner chairs, a 95” screen, and 5.1 surround sound for the most epic movie nights (or to watch your favorite team or video games too!) Not to be glossed over is the laundry room with two brand new washer/dryer towers to handle the laundry for your entire group during your stay.

The entrance to the house is at the end of a private road easily accessible by any 2 or 4WD car. The road is paved (except for a very short portion w/ gravel) ending into the huge driveway area with parking easily fitting 10 cars of any size. In Western NC mountains, driveways can be steep and gravel making navigating in certain cars or weather difficult. Our driveway is very easy to navigate day or night in any car or weather. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway if you want to practice your jumper (ball provided)
