Ár-érték arányban kifejezetten jó, mi nagyon elégedettek vagyunk

A szálloda szinte minden igényt kielégít. Rengeteg napozóágy van, nem kell korán reggel foglalni, bármikor lehet találni a medence körül és a tengerparton is üreset. Több bár is üzemel az épületben, a medencénél és a parton, így sosem kell messzire menni egy koktélért vagy kávéért. A személyzet mindenhol kedves és mosolygós, szívesen megcsinálnak olyan koktélt is, ami nincs is a listán. A listán egyébként igen kevés koktél van felsorolva, de ez nem akadály, azt csinálnak, amit kérünk. Az alkolholt nem spórolják ki a koktélokból. :D Bárhol szólaltam meg angolul, a személyzet minden tagja azonnal átváltott angolra, mindenki értette. Több nyelven is beszélnek, és szükség is van rá. Bár angolul a legtöbb vendég beszélt, úgy vettem észre, a német vendégek nem hajlandóak alkalmazkodni, ők németül beszélnek a személyzethez is. Sok orosz, iraki, iráni vendég volt, és persze törökök. Az animátorok ügyesek, mosolygósak, pörögnek. A vezető srácnak mindenki Magic Mike. :D A műsorok változatosak, miinden nap van valamilyen program. Napközben játékok a medencénél - mi csak néztük, de sokat nevettünk. Este a színpadon táncos előadások, vagy Mister Hotel választás. Nem kell beszélni a nyelvet, anélkül is élvezhető a műsor, játékos feladatokat kellett a szereplőknek megoldani. A hab partyt gyerekek és felnőttek is nagyon élvezték. A szoba, a hotel és az udvar is nagyon tiszta, állandóan takarítanak mindenhol, rengeteg takarítót lehet látni. A szobánk jó nagy volt, a felszereltsége is rendben volt. A párnák elég kemények. A klíma a szobában erős, gyorsan lehűti a szobát. A fürdőszoba szép nagy, elérhető sampon, balzsam, tusfürdő, fültisztító, vattakorong, zuhanysapka. Volt papucs és széf. Köntös nem. Törölközőből is volt 4 vagy 6, két személyre, kicsi és nagy is. A minibár ingyenes, naponta töltik. Szénsavas kóla, gyümölcslé, vizek, alkohol nem. 2 pohár jó lett volna a fogmosáshoz, de vittünk fel a lobbiból, és a takarító nem vitte el. Takarítás minden nap van.

A medencében az összes korlát és létra mozog, meg van lazulva. Van, ahol le is van szakadva a fém korlát egy része, ez balesetveszélyes. A recepción az idősebb szőke hölgy (erős rúzzsal) nem túl kedves, de a férfiak igen. A spa-ban egy sötét hajú recepciós hölgy kifejezetten mogorva, fel sem néz, csak mutogat, hova dobjuk le a törölközőt, de vele csak 1x találkoztunk. Ez a két kis apróság viszonyt nem rontotta el a nyaralásunkat. A pozitív értékelést folytatom, mert ott már nem engedett többet írni: a lobbiban idegenvezetők kínálják a programokat, illetve több helyen van információs tábla, több nyelven ajánlják az elérhető kirándulásokat. A parton is elérhető többféle szolgáltatás: jetski, parasailing, banán, tevegelés, ezek a szállodától függetlenek. A várostól messze van a szálloda, legalábbis gyalog. Taxit lehet rendelni, ha valaki be akar menni. De mi ki sem mozdultunk egy héten át, annyira megvolt minden egy helyben. Terveztünk kirándulásokat, de végül úgy eltelt az idő, hogy nem volt időnk elmenni Side-be vagy az ókori színházhoz. :D A medence és a tengerpart mellett repül az idő. A part sóderes-kavicsos, vizicipő mindenképpen kell. A szálloda shop-jában lehet kapni, de árak nincsenek kiírva, kérdezni kell, nyilván nem egy olcsó hely. Játékok, úszógumik, vízi kellékek, táskák, cipők vannak a shop-ban. A tenger elég gyorsan mélyül, és általában erősen hullámzik. Lehet benne szórakozni. Van egy hosszú mólója a szállodának, ezen fedett napozóágyak is vannak (feláras), illetve itt is van sok ingyenes napágy. És egy bár. A tenger felett lehet inni a koktélt, etetni a kishalakat. 2 létra is vezet a vízbe, itt már mélyvíz van. Több vízimentő is van a parton és a medencénél is.

تنوع الفعاليات وقرب المرافق من بعض

في بعض المرافق يحتاج المكان الى تطوير. مثل الاعاب الكترونيه. وضع. المقترحات وضع جهاز بلاي ستيشن. وضع شاشه تلافاز. كبيرة في بعض الاماكن تحتاج الى مراوح كبيره. يحتاج الى تنوع المشروبات الباردة في المناطق المفتوحه.

Nice but limited fun in November

The property acts u walk in is pretty and the rooms are comfortable the staff are helpful

The food was extremely bad the options where very few what u advertising online is not the same we where told it’s winter but the hotel still had guests and the amount of food was enough but the choices where very limited compared to what is on the website and on videos we have been to many hotels in November and they always have a good amount of choice

It was a wonderful stay in this hotel, everything was beautiful, meals, rooms and various activities for children and adults, special thanks to Mr. Cenker who helped me to have a wonderful stay in this hotel and was at the service of the guests, I also thank Miss Bekayim at the reception who was helpful and smiling and served the guests comfortably. It was so clean The food was so good The staff was so polite Specially Mrs.Shahrzad , the guest relation of Orange county was so nice , she helped kindly. I want to thank Shahrzad and wish her the best.

The reception could not talk english Mostly they talk russian or turkish and they did not understand english.

Pleasant

The staff in the kitchen and restaurant very respectful and helpful. The cleaning staff very polite. Dose not matter if they don’t speak English.

Definitely not a five stars. No iron in the room no kettle low class. Please think 2 times before booking. With same amount of money you can get much better hotel in the area. Don’t believe the pictures. It is not all inclusive not in the sense that people may expect in Antalya. Think two times.

Very good

The staff was very friendly, especially Mrs Shahrzad. The private beach was excellent and sandy. The cake and sweets were very delicious. Programs for nights were entertaining. The room was very clean

The hotel manager can not control the unacceptable behaviours of the guests. The food quality was acceptable, but it could be better. Water slides were small. The water pool was very cold, but the water slide was warm.

very delicious foods, outside and inside pools are great. Pelaj on the sea is very comfort. I like every things about this hotel especially foods and night entertainments.

It's 50 km far from Antalya if it's matter for you.

The breakfast was amazing! Loved all of the choices.

Would suggest having better coffee available. The plastic cups of water. Such a waste and totally does not help out the environment. We found them laying around from the wind. It would be great if you got big water coolers instead.

Worst customer service ruines some good facilities

The property location and facilities were good but everything got destroyed due to staff attitude.

Long list of bad things. 1. My family got to the hotel before me at 2am at night and they were not offered rooms even my kids were sleep. 2. I paid for 4 adults 2 children and were made to pay extra for them. 3. There was only one person on the checkout who was waiter, gate keeper, driver, luggage carrier etc. 4. All the staff was nearly unable to understand English. 5. Lunch time was till 1430 but food was fi shed at 1415. 6. Same food get served at lunch, dinner, night with just one main course in the buffet. The food didn't taste nice. On the 3rd, 4th,5th day we had to eat outside due to bad quality of food. 7. On 3rd day I went to complain and no one was there at guest relationship at 1130 then I went down at 1700 and it as told by the receptionist that come back next day 9am and he just shunt me off. 8. At this point I contact booking.com and told them. They sent me an email in 12 hour saying I can go speak with the property as property is ready to work to my happiness including refund. 9. I went next day and I was told by Shahrzad at Guest relationship that my booking is non refundable and they will not do anything to improve my stay either.on my request to speak to someone senior she put me on the phone to some lady called Oli (not sure). She told me on the phone repeatedly that she can't do anything for the bad experience I had and the booking is non refundable and I had to stay till the time is over. The only thing she suggested that speak with the chef and they might do something. 10. It was new year and my wife's birthday and it got properly ruined as they refused to refund. Very very bad service.

nice big room. suitable for families with children.

they tried to obsessively evict us from the room, it spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. the next day after the extension of the hotel booking, they said that we needed to move, although we went for 3 days and found out when to extend and pay. we refused. on the day of departure, we were first disturbed by the cleaning lady, although the check-out time had not yet arrived and there was a lot of time, and then at the reception we were interrogated whether we vacated the room. even though we paid for the renewal. it caused discomfort. belboy was not happy with the tip at the start of our holiday. also very annoying for us.
