Sehr große moderne Zimmer, sehr ruhig (7.Stock)

Umständliche immer wieder erneut notwendige Anmeldung zum WLAN. Das hat man vor 10-20 Jahren so gemacht. In Zeiten der ganzen öffentlichen Hotspots ist das überflüssig

good value for money close to downtown

small room, budget-style but clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Location just two stops by tram (which stops around the corner) from main railway station, but the area already has a suburb feel in it.

the entrance was difficult to spot as it is part of a huge modern residential block

Good beds, great location, good value for your money

Good beds, nice location where you can park the car for free 5 minutes away from the hotel. Good access to the tram. Very friendly staff

Unfortunately there were issues with the heating and we could not stay in a different room for the first 2 nights.

Nuit à Strasbourg

L'amabilité du personnel de l'accueil. La chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses. Le très grand lit et l'excellente literie.

Le bruit sourd de la pompe à chaleur( vives les boules quies) Le voyant de couleur verte sur le thermostat de la température, qui éclaire beaucoup trop dans l'obscurité. Le manque de parking.

Au top rien à redire, les chambre sont jolies avec un coin bar sympa en bas + proche de la ville, de la gare et des transports en commun

Temiz , konforlu ve merkeze yakın.

Odalar ferah , temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Güzel dizayn edilmişti.

Tesiste tek beğenmediğimiz otelin otoparkı olmaması arabanızı 500 metre kadar uzaktaki bir alana park etmeniz gerekiyor.

the hotel is exactly how it is showcased. very easy and fast access to city center.

the restaurant could have more variety for dinner. In my opinion breakfast was expensive so we never got one there.

Room was clean and spacious, it was equipped with mini bar, water pot and we got an extra baby cot on request. tram station is on 2-3 minutes walking distance and city centre is just on 2 stops. location is perfect

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had blow drier too! Might be nice to also offer waterless toothpaste (the sustainable tablets) as some like us might be travelling with lots of baggage and have packed toothpaste somewhere unreachable in the car. That would also help cut down on plastic toothpaste tubes. Unfortunately we got two single beds (which made sleeping a bit difficult) but both were super comfy and we got a good night sleep. Check in was 24 hours (so a big bonus!). Pets are allowed for an extra charge 8.50 each pet. A bit expansive compared to other hotels in the area (with an average of 6EUR per pet) but very nice facility and friendly staff.

When reading reviews and previous questions & answers on the hotel's booking webpage we thought that parking was included. It is not. There is a public and very popular multilevel park and ride (tram & bus) nearby (max 2 min walk) called la Rotonde. They charge 4.70 per day and additional 10 euro for the next day. In our case, we arrived at 12 something in the morning and stayed until 14 on the same day and we paid 14,50. Which was not too bad, as the tram ticket was included for both of us.

Stress-free stay in Strasbourg

We spent 4 nights here and checked in on Sunday night. The hotel was a short walk from La Rotonde tram stop and we were met by a friendly front desk staff. The hotel was very modern and clean. Air-conditioning was greatly appreciated and a relief from the summer heat. Bathroom was adequate with large white fluffy towels. Room 201 is at the end of the corridor and made it very quiet and private. The provision of the electric kettle was a welcome amenity and the front desk was ever willing to replenish supply of paper cups, coffee, tea and milk.

The hotel provided paper cups only which can be a bit flimsy. Perhaps this was Covid-19 counter-measure. There was no fridge so we could not keep cold snacks or drinks. The mattress was rather soft for our liking and sank in the middle.

Great place to enjoy Strasbourg, great staff!
