Old Bavaria with highest quality

The most advanced technology in the most traditional style. Same goes to food, highly advanced and based on a long tradition. Great trails right behind the hotel. Staff is effective, kind and respectful. Village is like a time pocket.

The place to stay in Wallgau.

A real classy hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are big and a pleasure to stay in. The sauna, swimming pool and spa are great as is the gym. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast and a nice bar area.

All in all a super, when as short stay at this extremely cozy and beautiful place. We shall return.

The extensive Zirbenholz ( Zirbenwood) paneling throuhout the suite, the view, the parking-garage, all of the interior-designs and features, the restaurant and the breakfast and the friendly staff.

The room-key system could be upgraded to a key-card-system. An additional face-basin in the toilet (-room) would be helpful as well as very convenient.

Just like a Cheers episode, Christmas family memories including teens!

From the moment we walked into Parkhotel, I knew this place was special. The gentleman who met us at the front desk treated us like family, breezing thru the check in process to get us quickly to our 4 course all inclusive dinner. The dining room was exactly what I wanted with heavy wood carvings and beams, and was only outdone by the gorgeous and delicious meal. Our suite was also authentic like the dining room with a deep tub, separate shower, separate W/C, dining table with Christmas cookies waiting. From the balcony, the snow covered mountains as the backdrop for our window box full of cheer and white lights to trim the garden set the mood for family memories. Then the spa, deep large indoor pool, hot tub and relaxing room…fabulous after a day in the snow! But the most impressive event was the manager’s greeting before dinner with Prosecco around a circle bar, roaring fireplace and cozy conversations with all. I felt like we were in a Cheers episode and part of a fun German family event. AMAZING! They were preparing for a curling tournament, award ceremony, and celebration meal the next night. He took the time to acknowledge the fact that our American friends were missing the event, but invited us to return next year and extended the option of emailing him directly to secure the plans. This is the kind of experience every family dreams of for building memories. Want your teenagers to put down their phones, beg to come with you as young adults for the traditional holiday fun…go to Parkhotel.

I would not have guessed that it’s a 4 star Hotel looking at the condition of the suite ( looks old and worn out ), food was average , the hotel was over all average looking at we spent 400€ a night , the only plus was the great bottle of Wein we drank and the friendly staff

Not used to the duel mattress and single blankets, the beds were a little springy for me.

It’s like a family, very clean and tidy and Denis the manager who checked me in was very kind, generous as he upgraded me to a suite .. very spacious, very clean and very quiet . Christine and Stephane were both very kind and worked very hard ( the current situation is not easy for anyone )

The restaurant, the food is always too rich and heavy and l could not possibly eat there .. I have written to the chef and asked for light , plain food but he did not deliver. It was very upsetting as this is done everywhere around Germany .
