Delightful and welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel. The building and gardens have been beautifully designed, keeping the period detail but making it very comfortable. The staff were delightful and welcoming as it is a family run hotel, so it feels personal. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the breakfast was outstanding. So much choice, with very healthy options.

Urlaub bei Freunden

Die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber (bsp :man hat uns ein Video geschickt, wie wir wo nachts an den Schlüssel kamen). Die Lage am Rand der Stadt, der Service im eigenen Restaurant von Sr.Edoardo und der Kellnerin, der traumhafte Garten mit Pool und allem was man so benötigt, die Lage zum kostenfreien Parken. Ein kleines feines Boutique Hotel, das wir sicher wieder besuchen werden!

Friendly helpful staff, perfect stay.

Small hotel with an oasis of a garden. Comfortable rooms. Location was perfect. Having a restaurant with the property. Poolside breakfast was very nice.

This is lovely hotel in beautiful Pollença, we would highly recommend and definitely would return.

Breakfast was served in the beautiful hotel garden, an idyllic location and the position of the tables gives guests privacy if they wish. A fresh selection of food which varied daily. Three time options were given on booking in to the hotel, this appears to work very well.

Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Delightful family run hotel. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Just 5 min walk to centre of Pollenca. Garden and pool an oasis!

Rooms were a bit hot even with air conditioning but it was a very hot few days!

Nice garden, swimming pool and ideal location

Bad smell in the room from AC. Suite located in seperate building, not ideal to enjoy the garden and swimming pool. Suite sold for 5 people where it is a single bedroom with 3 convertible beds, so quite a xpensive for “only” 1 real double bed

A beautiful family run hotel in lovely location.

The staff were excellent. They did their very best to ensure everything was as it should be. The location is lovely, very quiet and the garden was gorgeous, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or relax by the pool. The bedrooms are well appointed and the shower was excellent.

We found the hotel made us so welcome in terms personal and the facilities they shared with us

The traditional building was excellent and certainly benefited from the superb garden area where you could take breakfast, not forgetting the lovey swimming pool. Service and personal attention was second to none.

Lovely family-run hotel, with a charming garden, in the historial part of thr town.

Perfect, quiet localisation close to the town’s centre, wonderful garden, lovely owners made our stay trully great!

The only „imperfect” thing i can think of was a slightly louder air-conditioner. It’s a minor detail though, the place is absolutely worth visiting!

A bit pricey - lovely location but beds not too comfy

Lovely town, close to town centre. The parrot is super cute! Lovely pool area for lounging. 12 mins to drive to Port de Pollensa.

The beds were quite narrow and short, and very bouncy in the sense you can feel the springs. The aircon is only allowed from the afternoon (4pm?) until 8am, and at 21-24'C, but the rooms on our side was quite warm after being heated up all day so it was quite hot the whole night. Ended up opening the windows but the noise from the streets were loud.

Very good

Property was lovely, staff very friendly. We didn’t stay long enough to dine here so I can’t comment on the food.

unfortunately there was building work getting done on an adjoining property so we were awoken by lots of load banging at 7.30am. I understand that this is not the property’s fault but it did effect our stay. also the pool wasn’t full so our children were slightly disappointed not to be able to go for a dip!

I love this hotel. It was the second visit. The staff are really lovely , the bedroom is gorgeous , we had a view of the garden and mountains. The location is perfect. Definitely will come back

A relaxing family run hotel in central Pollenca

Great room, location and friendly competent staff. Breakfast was great (make sure you schedule day before). only reason it’s not a 10 is because the pool was not open, which is sort my my fault as I went in ‘winter’/March.

Enjoyable stay in centre of Pollenca

Spacious room with well fitted bathroom, very friendly staff and lovely breakfast. We travelled in the off season, but the garden and pool looked great and the historic building itself was very impressive. Central location and public parking located within short walking distance.

Quirky hotel, beautiful gardens but I wouldn’t return

I felt the breakfast was a let down, we asked for a later breakfast, you hook the day before, arrived staff just sat looking at us, had to ask what the procedure was, sort of explained but all very vague, had to ask other people having breakfast, two areas to get food, the one we were directed to didn’t have the fresh jams,yoghurts, fruit I had read about, in fact no fresh fruit cut up, other people told us they had taken the last of it, had to ask for eggs, felt we were being a nuisance I mentioned to the lady on reception and she told me fresh jams,marmalades etc all in other breakfast area, just confusing and for me not relaxing, felt breakfast staff just wanted you gone

In the information leaflet it says restaurant bar open until midnight, came back at 23.05 for a night cap and all closed and locked up

Wonderful, will return.

Room was exceptional with very comfy beds. The pool was set in beautiful gardens. Hotel was very quiet and exceptionally clean everywhere. perfect position for the town.

Despite being served in beautiful surroundings breakfast was basic. However, I would still return as everything else was excellent
