Excellent hotel. Clean. Large room. Close by to everything.

Great hotel. Large room and bathroom. Clean. No food but everything nearby. Friendly welcoming staff. Would stay again..

Comfortable hotel

Staff extremely helpful & location is unbeatable as it is so close to the bus and train station. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is a huge perk.

Staff walked into the room without knocking. The bathroom is not the best, the bathtub is incredibly small and it is easy to get the bathroom floor wet due to the unusual positioning of the shower head. Some tea & coffee in the room wouldn’t go amiss. Not bad for the price but it isn’t the best hotel in the area.

Location is very good.

Parking is difficult, the hotels parking was already full, so it costed 16 euro per day. The doors and walls are not soundproof, we could hear television from the opposite room on the corridor. The elevator was also really loud.

Good for a couple of nights

It was very close to the city center and bus station. Staff was friendly.

The bed was a hard and a little uncomfortable. The shower was very tiny.

Excellent hotel with room only, which was very central to all of the festivities of San Mateo. We had a lovely room with comfy beds, plenty of lovely hot water and towels. Excellent staff. Would highly recommend. B C

Nice hotel but bring a flashlight?

This a decent hotel with air-conditioning and clean rooms. About 5 blocks from many restaurants, a block and a half from a grocery store, and fairly close to the Camino.

Lightbulb burnt out in the bathroom and, when I went to the desk to get a replacement, she told me it was too dangerous for me to replace the bulb - I could wait for the night manager at 2300. Uh, no, I’ll be asleep by then! Seriously? I’ve been changing lightbulbs for SIXTY THREE YEARS! I think I can handle it

Javier at the front desk was AMAZING!! he went above and beyond to help my with finding things I needed around town. I’m walking the Camino and this was a bit of the trail so I felt isolated when trying to get around. The room was small and the wall was thin, but it was perfect for what I needed!

Easy to access and very close by to the venue of the concert that i went to. Staff helped me out finding what to do before the event. the room was very neat and clean. They kept my bags for me before check in. Would love to stay here again.

That check in was until 3. I arrived by 11am. Check out was extremely easy cause I paid before arriving, but they were not sure about this so, we had to clarify to avoid double charging. This is between booking and the hotel, but the staff were incredibly nice to me.

Book this Hotel Fantastic value for money. Free Pets and Cheap secure parking with great location.

Fantastic location for walking, Room was very clean, Pets welcome.

We asked for a quiet room but were given one next to the lift which could be heard later at night
