Staff good , well behaved..very good person.

The AC was working, which is good for a hot Goa season. the location is good if you wanna be in the midst of all the buzz and loudness of Baga. but a lot better to stay in Anjuna. Baga beach is crowded, have nice beach shacks with bars and restaurants. the hotel is ok. fair for the price, nothing fancy. the bathroom is ok, warm water is available.
tv didn’t work. the receptionist try to take more money offering the same room just upstairs. try to discourage to pay by card in order to take cash, but has a working card terminal just keeps it off. after asking many times agreed to turn it on.

Locality of the property was only the good thing about this property. Tito's lane was a big advantage being in this property.
WiFi wasn't reachable to rooms.
Cockroaches at night.
Cot were making creaky noise.
Two single beds were tied with a rope to make it a double bed.
Room wasn't cleaned throughout our stay.
AC was very old one and was dusty.
Balcony was dusty and no view from it.

only location is good…
it’s too expensive for the rate 9000 for 3 nights I m paying, there’s no facility in the room besides hot water, first day one water bottle given by them next 2 days no one come to give you a bottle when asked they filled bottle from 20litre jar and gave, electric kettle is not there they said if you will ask then will give you, there was big cockroach in the washroom, also for cleaning the room you have to inform then only they clean, there’s no view from balcony, and if you take roadside one then you will hear car and bikes noises, there’s massage centre opposite to property so if you stay with family and kids might feel odd…

Hotel location is great, very close to beach & Tito's lane...Lots of good restaurants and shops en route to beach. They have 2 car parking spots available, which was of great help! Hotel manager Hemanth was very courteous and helpful. Had a good 2 day stay at this hotel.

Hemant hospitality was awesome.
Breakfast should be included as there are very few options nearby.

When I saw the outlook of hotel I started getting vibes that rooms might not be good. Trust me though it's a traditional architecture property but Mr. Dean(Owner) has maintained it really well and credit goes to him. It's simple do not judge the book by it's cover letter. Read it :)
1. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean with Balcony. (5 Stars). I booked a double standard room with a balcony and even their standard room is nice and spacious.
2. Recommended for anyone including bachelor's, couples and family.
3. The Location is great and very close to Tito's lane and Baga Beach including Calungute Beach. Moreover you have restaurants in the house called Delhi Tadka and the food is awesome. Also you can choose from multiple restaurants nearby at walkable distances.
4. The Hospitality provided by Mr Hemanth Nath was exceptional and I really appreciate his efforts. He is one man army and multi talented.
5. You can rent bikes and cars just next to the hotel after the HDFC ATM is right.
6. Hotel has a free parking available for 2 wheelers. Not sure about 4 wheelers you can enquire about.
Looking forward to my next visit very soon.... I hope you would provide me with better discounts.
1. You can have a customer waiting lounge installed as you have enough space in the front, though they have a place to drop your luggage.
2. I wish Checkin and Checkout time can be done a few hours earlier than from 1 PM as hotels in Panjim have early check-ins and checkouts.
3. Also if you can install door hangers for hanging clothes makes life easier. I know you have hangers inside the wardrobes but that's kind of inconvenient I feel. Not very easy going.
4. I did not had any issues with the lights you have in your rooms however brighter lights would be great. Also if you can install night bulbs it would be awesome but not a big deal.
5. Suggest you to update the right number of your hotel in Google. Makes life easier and convenient for customers though will make yours difficult i understand 🙂
