Mark the property manager was an absolute delight. He would help us with any questions we had. We checked in late to our house and he left his number for us to contact him. He even brought croissants and coffee to us the next morning.
The only downside is that it is far away from stores and town. We had to taxi into Swords to catch a train or bus.

Excellent location, clean and friendly and easy checkin and out
Will highly recommend for family and groups
Good size accommodations and lovely grounds next to golf and country club/hotel

Thank you to Lea at Trident Holiday Homes for answering all my questions before our stay and to the property manager, Mark for being wonderfully accommodating. We had 6 adults at this property and we had plenty of room. The location is beautiful across from a hotel with a restaurant and a golf course. I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay and the manager was very responsive and friendly. Nice area.

We enjoyed a week here and really loved how close it was to the airport. It is a very nice and peaceful neighborhood too.
4.4
Ideal self-catering accommodation on the outskirts of Dublin. Very close to the airport. Nearest town is Swords which has good facilities and a great shopping mall. It is also a good place to get the Swords Express coach service into the City centre.
4.4
Comfortable accommodations, and the property manager was very responsive.

We had a lovely stay. With 4 kids it can be expensive staying places. The bonus for us was we had plenty of space to spread out, along with having the kitchen and washing machine.
4.4
Dora was very helpful and was really kind and accomodating to me and my whole family.
4.4
Perfect for our needs, close to airport. Dora was fantastic.

This was a fantastic place to stay the host was superb. Only thing, you really need a car or plan to take lots of taxis staying here especially if spending a lot of time in Dublin. The place very spacious fit the five of us with no real complaints for the property or the host. Kitchen was updated and well fitted to stay there.
4.4
Property was easy to find in a quiet area. Property Manager replied to queries promptly. Only negative was the towels being very thin and small. TV did not work due to a problem with the aerial but they were looking into this.

For whom who wants to go around Ireland with the car, this is e perfect location, and Missis Dora has been very kind.

Nice and close to Dublin - great place to stay

It's a great place to stay on the outer Dublin metropolitan area.

The property was ideally located close to Dublin Airport for arrival and departure. The home was sufficiently spacious for our 2 adult & 4 children family. It was nice being located so close to Swords and Roganstown Country Club and Golf Course. The home was clean and the complex was peaceful and quiet.
4.4
It was perfect for the six of us. We wanted a place to be easy to find and easy to get around from. This fit the bill!
Dora is a gem and made the country to country transition work.

Very spacious well equipped town house with 3 very good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfortable living room and kitchen. Also nice outdoor space with small garden. Ideal for families, very safe area for children to play out.
However it was not clearly specified on booking that electricity + gas is charged separately and not included in price. Also, not clearly specified that towels are not included and have to be booked in advance; there is also a charge for the towels.

CONs. The place provides no towels and we only found out upon arrival. Write up says linens provided, since when are towels not linens? Apparently we were informed by an email, that we didn't see because it was sent after we had already been traveling for over a week. The email tells you that you need to pay extra and pre order your towels! We had to go out and buy towels as the service requires two days notice.
Then we didn't receive by email the instructions for entry, we had to call & then use WhatsApp for texting, which only worked because we fortunately had a data package on one phone. Why not just email like other places do?
We were also informed that utilities are NOT included and the require a deposit for. The original write up says nothing about these extra charges until shortly before your arrival.
PROS:
Place is very nice & modern.
Close to Swords & Pavillion shopping center had a nice big Dunnes to shop in.
4.4
Well appointed, clean, modern home, outside of Dublin but close enough to go in daily, as we did.
4.4
Very easy straightforward done what I wanted a place to sleep while seeing Dublin city

Spacious
I loved how much room we had it was like a home away from home.
It could do with a lick of paint and also towels should be available even to rent, this was an inconvenience. The Tv's could be updated, and the screen kept flickering.

Decent sized house with 3 bathrooms. Site manager very accommodating and easy to contact. Kitchen has everything needed, house very clean and area was very nice. Plenty free parking spaces on site.
Not much. Maybe a few sachets of salt and sugar in the kitchen.

We Stayed Long Term
We had work in the area and stayed several months at this location. We found the house to be very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful with our needs.
The utilities are high. I don't know if that is the efficiency of the unit or if there is a mark-up on the utilities. That would be the only negative.

Schöne, ruhige und erholsame Lege
Sehr viel Platz, geräumige Zimmer, schöne Gesamtanlage, Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Pfannen) könnten umfangreicher und neuwertiger sein. Leichter Renovierungsrückstand. Freundliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Barbara.

We were very comfortable at Heyward Mews. Our 80 year old mother enjoyed having a bedroom and bath on the main floor. Apartment was very well equipped with all modern conveniences. Management quickly responded to any incidental problems we had. Would definitely recommend to our US friends who may visit Ireland.
