Amazing villa with all mod cons. Benoit the owner is amazing and asked if our children would like to learn how to steer a horse and trap. They the. Brushed and fed the horse afterwards.
We felt well looked after and would definitely book again or recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

The villa met all our expectations. The house was clean, well stocked and well decorated. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 10 people. Benoit and his wife were charming hosts and we would thoroughly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Provence!

We had a warm welcome and we were surprised by the horses of the owner. For my children the little pony was their highlight!
We all relaxed in this great house with all the comfort it offered!
The Pool was gently warm and a lot of of shadow as well as sun places can be find outside. The owners are really nice and helpful.

Traumhafte Woche im Kreis der Großfamilie
Wir waren im Juni 2022 für 1 Woche mt 6 Erw. und 3 Kleinkindern in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung wurde sogar noch übertroffen, da der Pool mit einem Zaun für die Kleinkinder nicht erreichbar war. Und sogar an der Treppe im Haus war eine Kindersicherung angebracht.
Der Pool war mit seinen 4 Stufen und den Sonnensegeln ideal zum plantschen mt den "Kleinen".
Wir haben eine tolle Woche erlebt und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind sehr gut gepflegt und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben auch den Bouleplatz und den Grill genutzt.
Wir denken jederzeit gerne an die schöne Woche zurück und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Outstanding in all respects
This is by far the best property we have stayed in. The facilities and the level of cleanliness are outstanding, the location is excellent and the host, Benoit, is everything you could wish for: pleasant, helpful and always on hand but never intrusive. Every morning, he took the trouble to ensure that the large pool was cleaned and ready for use. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. It has shaded seating areas that are perfect for a big group, and two large tables, one inside and one under vines outside, each of which can accommodate everyone. Our group included a child under two and one under 10, and Benoit ensured that the property was safe and that they were catered for. We, and they, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you, Benoit!

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einem tollen Ferienhaus!
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen (bei außerdem perfektem Sonnenwetter) als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen im Haus von Benoit verbracht. Wandern kann man quasi ab der Haustür, Besuche lohnen sich in Avignon oder besonders auch in Nimes, die Camargue ist auch in Reichweite. Das Haus selbst kann man gut auch mit 8-10 Erwachsenen, nutzen, es ist wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag so braucht und viel Bewegungsfläche aber auch Sofaplätze für so viel Personen. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, angelegt und gepflegt, Poolreinigung erfolgt täglich. Es hat uns allen wirklich super gefallen - klare Empfehlung!

Superbe sejour
Sejour top grace a l'accueil du proprietaire dispo quand il le faut. La maison est superbe et conforme aux annonces. Un bien a loué les yeux fermés.

Tophuis, in het echt nog een stuk beter dan op foto!!
Eigenaar Benoit is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kindjes kregen veel uitleg over Benoit zijn dagelijkse bezigheid met de paarden en ze mochten ook even eitjes gaan halen bij de kippen.
Huis meer dan ruim genoeg en alle comfort. grote kamers met bijhorende doucheruimtes. Netjes en verzorgd. Als er dan toch een opmerking gegeven moet worden is het de keuken die niet volledig op maat is van het aantal gasten dat mogelijk is.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au terrefort, très belle endroit, tout confort . Benoit et Véronique sont très chaleureux et à l'écoute .
Nos filles ont passé une inoubliable matinée au laboure avec benoit, encore un grand merci pour ce moment de partage et de découverte .

We had a wonderful stay at Gite Le Terrefort
My family of 8 just completed a 5 night stay at Gite Le Terrefort and had a wonderful experience.
The property is simply beautiful and the rural location is very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas (Avignon, Arles, Sainte Remy-de-Provence, Gordes, Roussilion, etc.)
The villa is a very good size, and has 5 large bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have a shower room in them, and there are two separate shower rooms in the hall for the other three bedrooms. There is one water closet on the second floor, and one on the first floor.
There is a large dining table on the first floor along with a nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. There is also a washer and dryer in the villa.
The outside areas are fantastic with multiple seating areas, two large dining tables under a grape arbor, a boules court, and of course the swimming pool. Unfortunately it was a bit cool to use the pool. but that didn't stop my 13 year old son from jumping in one morning.
The villa was spotless, and was fully equipped with everything we needed.
The sheets and towels were of high quality, the water pressure was great, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The villa has air conditioning, but we choose to keep the windows open to enjoy the fresh air.
On several mornings we enjoyed breakfast under the grape arbor and the views were beautiful. The villa location is rural and simply beautiful.
There are several locations near the villa to purchase food with a special call out to Boulangerie Du Soleil and La Grange a Pains. Both had delicious baked goods and sandwiches that we enjoyed for breakfast and lunch. There is also a U Express next to La Grane a Pains where we purchased other items as needed.
However, one of the nicest things about renting the villa are the owners Benoit and Véronique . Both of them are absolutely delightful, and we really enjoyed meeting them and speaking with them during our stay.
Benoit has two horses, and you can see him exercising them in the fields in the morning.
Communications with Benoit were fantastic, and we there were no problems at all with the rental or communications.
Véronique even prepared a wonderful welcome meal for us since we had a late arrival at the villa. It was wonderful.
All in all we had a wonderful stay at Gite Le Terrefort and can highly recommend staying there.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaft perfekten Haus
Die Gastgeber Benoit und Vero sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 2 Familien (Kinder 5 u 8, 2x20 und 2x 23 Jahre, gesamt 10 Personen) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet von der Küche bis zum Bad und der Klimaanlagen, die in jedem Zimmer individuell regelbar sind. Die Gastgeber halten den Pool täglich sauber und sind jederzeit ansprechbar, falls es ein Problem geben sollte. Das Haus ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die beschattete Terrasse ist wunderbar und wir haben tolle und lange Mahlzeiten hier verbracht. Der Garten bietet ausreichend Platz in der Sonne und im Schatten. Barbentane ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, wo es mehrere Bäckerein, Obst/Gemüseläden, Supermarkt etc gibt. Es gibt Wanderwege direkt am Haus oder auch in der nahen Umbebung. Andere sehr schöne Ziele sind auch schnell erreichgar. Avignon ist nur ca 15 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein super Ort für viele tolle Ausflüge. Wir kommen wieder. Un grand merci à Benoît et Véro pour tout et on veut absoluement vraiment retourner .

Super schöne Familienferien!
Wir (sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben zwei tolle Ferienwochen Gite le Terrefort verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach toll und hat unsere Erwartungen vollauf erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt, hat man doch einerseits abseits von grösseren Städten seine Ruhe und andererseits sind doch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innert weniger Autominuten zu erreichen. Auch für Ausflüge nach Avignon, Nimes, Arles, zum Pont du Gard oder in die Camargue ist die Lage bestens. Speziell geschätzt haben wir bei den hohen Temperaturen die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich in den natürlichen Schatten zurückziehen zu können. Ausserdem waren dank der Klimaanlage alle Räume angenehm kühl.
Ganz besonders positiv erwähnen möchten wir die tolle Unterstützung durch das Vermieterehepaar (Benoit und Véronique), das gleich nebenan wohnt. So wurde der Pool jeden Morgen gereinigt und wir konnten jederzeit mit Fragen an die beiden gelangen.
Wir können das Gite le Terrefort nur empfehlen.

Beau séjour en Provence
La localisation du Mas place à une heure de route environ la plupart des principales attractions touristiques de la région (Nîmes, Uzès, Le Pont du Gard, les vignobles, Arles, Les Saintes, Les Baux, etc,) ; calme elle est néanmoins proche des axes routiers. L’accueil est plus que chaleureux que ce soit de la part de Benoît ou son épouse. Les locaux (séjour, coin à manger, chambres, salles d’eau), vastes, neufs, plaisants, sont d’une propreté irréprochable (ici pas d’odeur de moisi ou de tapis poussiéreux) comme l’est l’entretien de la terrasse et du vaste jardin. Le barbecue, en plus de reposer sur des pierres magnifiques, fonctionne à merveille. Bref, bravo et merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont permis (4 adultes et deux enfants) de passer une très agréable semaine malgré une météo capricieuse.

Hemos pasado unos dias impresionantes. El entorno es incomparable los pasisajes, los pueblos cercanos. Muy bien conunicados. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Los caseros habian dejado muchos detalles y han estado muy pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Nos dieron un paseo un un coche de caballo y nos dejaron unas mermeladas caseras deliciosas. Han sido las mejores vacaciones en familia. Volveremos seguro. Gracias Benoit y Veronique!!!

Fantastic modern property ideal for entertaining!
This property, though set out in the countryside (you will need a car!) was ideally situated for our purpose. If you are fit, it is within walking distance of Barbentane and its shops. The owners, Benoit and Veronique live in an adjoining property and were on hand to show us around and provided a level of support during our stay which I would assess as well above average. Although the property lists 4 bathrooms which are all very well appointed, it is perhaps worth pointing out that there are only 2 WCs, though this did not present any difficulties for our party.

Très beau Mas, super bien équipé avec une très belle piscine, et très bien placé dans une région magnifique. Les propriétaires sont super sympas et proposent même des balades en « marathon » ou vous montrent les chemins VTT du coin. Une adresse comme il y en a peu!!

Wonderful vacation home outside Avignon
The owner, Benoit, was very responsive to our all requests prior to our arrival and was helpful and professional in all the communication. He writes and speaks English very well which was a great advantage to us that hardly speak any French at all.
At our arrival we were warmly greeted by Benoit and Veronique. In the fridge they had put water, beer and wine and a lovely home made cherry pie, a nice touch to make a welcoming arrival. The owners live next door and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during our 2 week stay. The garden at the back of the house is absolutely wonderful. It offers full privacy but still has an open and very nice view southwards to the closest fields and hills. Trees provide shaded sitting areas for the hot days, and if we wanted more sun, we just stayed around the pool or on the lawn.
The house itself was handed to us in a very clean condition and it really was as good as the pictures let you believe. The bedrooms were spacious and all fitted with AC. The kitchen had the utensils we needed to make dinners when we didn't eat out.
The closest supermarked is a 5 minutes drive from the house and there is a large Carrefour outside Avignon less than 15 minutes away for a wider selection range.
All in all we had a great family vacation the two weeks we stayed at Benoit and Veronique's house. Thanks!

The gardens and pool were a particular highlight with fresh grapes growing on the vine outside, a stone built BBQ and space for the kids to run around in safety. Benoit and Veronique get the balance just right ensuring your privacy whilst being available in case of any questions during your stay. We will be back....

This beautiful modern house is set in a lovely rural location with no effort spared to ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. From the central air-conditioning upstairs (individual thermostats in each bedroom) to the beautiful shady tree in the garden equipped with couches to allow us to sit outside all day. We loved the comfortable outside eating area with delicious overhanging grapes we were allowed to pick. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay.
Our children enjoyed the pool and gardens and Benoit went out of his way to be available for us whilst always ensuring our complete privacy. We really enjoyed Benoits beautiful horses. Thank you for the cart ride and horse shoeing.

Littéralement à moins de 15 minutes d'Avignon ou de Saint Rémy, à moins d'1h d'Uzès, d’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, ou encore des plages camarguaises, il est également proche de la garde TGV, des supermarchés ou autres commerces.
Il a très récemment entièrement été rénové par les propriétaires avec goût et soin ce qui lui confère une atmosphère accueillante et confortable. Tout y est bien pensé, de la disposition des chambres (chacune ayant sa propre salle de bain à l'intérieur même de la chambre), aux différents espaces de loisir (pétanque, billard, piscine entièrement sécurisée), ainsi qu'aux nécessités d'usages (machine à laver le linge, séchoir, machine à laver la vaisselle, barbecue, nécessaire enfants et bébés, grand parking…). L’entretien est parfait et le lieu très propre.
Le cadre extérieur est typique de la région, campagnard : champs, oliviers et arbres fruitiers à perte de vue. A noter que d’affectueux chevaux appartenant au propriétaires et situés dans un champ à une centaine de mètres de la terrasse, se joignent aux cigales à l’heure de l’apéro, ce qui offre une attraction supplémentaire pour les enfants sans toutefois incommoder les potentiels réfractaires au charme équin
Ce commentaire ne serait pas complet sans parler de la gentillesse et de la disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines à 2 familles (5 enfants) et avons passé un séjour sans la moindre encombre, notamment grâce aux conseils des propriétaires. Discrets, serviables et accueillants ils entretiennent l’extérieur de la maison et la piscine bien avant le réveil des vacanciers et ne manquent pas de charmantes attentions à leur égard tout en sachant s’effacer afin de leur laisser la possibilité de les solliciter ou non.

Fantastic villa with caring owners
This was just a wonderful experience. Communication before our arrival was excellent, and we were greeted with a meal prepared by the owners. The property was very clean and tidy. The owners were available for any queries and also offered various trips for us, as well as suggesting excellent local visits, shops and markets. The highlight was a horse and cart ride with Benoit which was immensely enjoyable. magnifique mas à 10 min d'Avignon, au calme, dans la verdure, récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé et impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie excellente. Superbe piscine dans un jardin très bien entretenu. L'accueil est chaleureux, le propriétaire passionné de chevaux est très sympathique.
Nous avons passé un excellent week end entre amis! A louer et relouer sans hésiter.
