This was tucked back just enough to feel remote... But really 5-10 from town, 30 min from Glacier NP, and great wifi/cell signals.
I did not prepare well and, upon arrival at 9pm, I couldn't download the check-in details. I called and Jenna responded immediately and showed us to our place. Thank you!
Lots of cute little places to hang out, shared kitchen, laundry and showers.
I did not prepare well and could not

We stayed at Columbia Mountain Ranch while visiting Glacier National Park. The Cabin was a short drive from the West Glacier entrance. The cabin was very clean and just what we wanted for our 8 occupants.

Our family spent two nights here on the tail end of a 9-state road trip to see national parks and it was an incredible way to end our trip.
We spent a day at Glacier and then hung around in the evening. It’s a beautiful property, lots for kids to do outside, so quiet and peaceful, and we loved the 4th of July fireworks the owners put on.
Communication and accommodations were excellent and the short walk to the bathroom was no problem. Looking forward to visiting again!

How can I review a place that feels like a family home? Our stay here well exceeded our expectations from how clean and tidy the entire property is, to how well equip and thoughtful the owners are about how to make us feel at home...
The beds are comfy, the cabins are beyond clean, and the thing we loved the most....The owners, Jenna, Jordan and John...we seriously feels like we were welcomed into this lovely family...They are so kind and thoughtful....and really just showed interest on learning about us. I really can not say enough about this place. We will DEFINITELY be returning with a group of our friends at some point. I really feel like we made friends for life here!!!

It was a perfect mix of camping and glamping. It is a simple cabin with no running water but electricity andaccess to a community building with restrooms, showers, a fully stocked kitchen, books, games and maps. We stayed three days, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If we visit Glacier National Park again we will for sure stay here.

Very cute cabins - greeted right away- even given a tour! Wow- an ice machine, couldn’t have asked for more. Bathrooms were clean. Good value for the area. Property was set back from the road and felt secluded. I would stay here again !

This was the perfect space for our family to get away! We (family of 6) stayed two nights to visit Glacier National Park (20 mins). The cottages were a good size, had good accommodations, and the kids loved to run around outside where they had a variety of other things to occupy their time. The bathrooms and cabins were clean. Owner’s communicated well. Our family wants to go back! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved that we could bring our dogs & it was back off the highway and very relaxing. The bath house/restrooms were close enough that it wasn't an issue not having a bathroom in our cabin, plus the nice walk way made you enjoy nature and it reminded me of going to camp when I was little. It was our 28 & 20 year old sons, my husband & I, as well as our 2 dogs. It was a nice touch having a coffee maker & creamer in the cabin for the morning. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again

We stayed here when we moved across the country in 2020. We loved it so much we decided to do it again in 2023 as we were moving back. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. The cabin is small and comfortable and has everything you need. The bathroom and main kitchen are just a short walk away. The setting is so quiet and beautiful. There is a fire pit you can sit around and a small pond our daughter enjoyed jumping in. It’s a short drive to Glacier and to the stores. Each cabin has its own Trager grill. The host is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

This was the perfect speed for our overnight between days at Glacier. The kids were enchanted and wanted to stay for more nights just because they felt so comfortable.

This was the perfect place for our visit to Glacier. We knew we would spend a lot of our time outside and at the park and wanted close, easy access to the entrance, trails, and sights. The cabin was clean and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It was exactly what we needed!

The owner, family, & Daisy the dog..makes you feel far more than a guest. Beautiful property, cute and COMFORTABLE. Short path to amazing bathhouse, huge room set up for cooking, play games. Mostly, tho, total mtn experience. Glacier 13 miles. Lots of places for lunch, dinner. Loved every second.

Great stay!....community showers and bathrooms were very clean. AC was nice to have the week we were in Montana. About the only thing I would have changed would be having a functional ice-maker in the main lodge for guests. I would highly recommend this property to others wanting a place to squat close to GNP!

The cabin beds/linens were comfy and the AC/heater unit made the temperature in the cabin comfortable. Unfortunately, since I’m pregnant and had to get up multiple times to pee at night, the lack of bathroom in the cabin itself was a bit rough. I’m sure for a normal person this wouldn’t be an issue, though. My 2 year old loved the playground and wading in the babbling brook between the two ponds as well. The place has a campground-like feel in the woods yet it’s close to town for necessities.

This property was the perfect base camp for our vacation. Plenty to do for the kids on site after long days of hiking, rustic feel, yet up to date and well maintained amenities. Ownership was a pleasure to get to know.

Perfect Stay
Our first time visitIng Glacier National Park. What a beautiful park.! If you have yet to visit, you should. While visiting would highly recommend staying at Columbia Mountain Ranch. Beautiful property nestled at the base of a mountain. Conveniently located 20 miles outside West Glacier entrance. Our family of 6 stayed in one of their cute cabins (Tamarack) that was very clean, and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Our family loved it and we would stay here again if we are ever to visit GNP again. They have a nice house with laundry, bath/showers (fresh towels available) and a kitchen stocked if you were to need any of those amenities. Each cabin equipped with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and some basic plates, cups, bowls and utensils. No running water in cabins, but they supply you with a 5 gallon water dispenser in your room. There are a couple of ponds on the grounds, communal fire pits and horses out in the fields to look at from afar. The hosts were kind and gracious and made sure you had what you needed. It was hard to leave. Hope we are able to come back. Thank you!

Lovely place. You need to spry a bit of WD-40 on the front door hinges. :-)

Short, but fun
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Columbia Mountain Ranch. The grounds were beautiful. They were lightly forested and there were two small ponds with fire pits. The cabin was also very nice. The furniture was comfortable and the cabin was stocked with coffee and a microwave, but the television was very small and up in the corner. They wanted you to get out and explore, not hang out inside. The operators were very friendly and sociable. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

Great location for Glacier NP & pet friendly!
Great cabin, very clean and though the facilities are a short walk away everything was still convenient. The cabin was well appointed and did not look or feel dated at all (except perhaps the tv but honestly it was a great opportunity to disconnect from electronics and enjoy family together after a wonderful day exploring Glacier NP). We were traveling with our black lab and were grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful cabin with her. The facilities are clean, scenic and quiet at night. I was also impressed with the prompt and clear communications. I will not hesitate to plan another stay here next time my travels include Glacier NP.

Wife and I loved the cabin and surrounding. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Easy as pie over the internet, host allowed us opportunity to roam as we pleased, and we had the opportunity to look around for places we might want to live after my pending retirement.

Charming Little Log Cabins
What a lovely place for a short get away trip. The cabins were clean and will kept with a grill on the porch and picnic table out front. Just a short drive to Glacier and Whitefish. Proprietors were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely do it again!!
