We'll be back.

The staff were very nice. Always smiling and helpful. It was a lovely, sized hotel. Not too big. It was also nice and peaceful.

There is nothing to fault at The Vilamoura Gardens.

It is definitely a perfect vacation spot.

Everything about the property was great. The suite was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. From the staff to the concierge desk, all were friendly and helpful. The daily continental breakfasts were always fresh. Highly recommended!

The breakfast at the hotel was great & the room size was a plus! The link shuttle bus from the hilton to the beach/marina was great too & if you fancied a walk to marina, it took about 25 minutes which involves walking past a really good bakery!

The pool area could be bigger! So we mainly used the beach throughout the stay!

Wished l had stayed at the Hilton instead… can l have a refund?

The kitchen staff were exceptional in their welcoming nature and the female receptionist. And the young man at the bar was so friendly in the evening.The hotel is clean but is a lot smaller than advertised in your page .., not ideal if you are travelling with young children as the two pools can only fit about 8 people in total.

The hotel food was a little overpriced for what it was. And did not have some food items which was advertised. The bathroom had rituals bottles. But the liquids inside were not rituals.Facilities were quite limited and recreation spaces were too small. Two male receptionist who were very rude and to me seemed racist. I watch how they greeted white British guests and did not greet at all myself or my daughter. And when trying to engage in a conversation seemed to be abrupt and rude in their responses. Would not advise families of colour to stay here at all. This was my 9 year old daughters first encounter with racism abroad. Do not think l would book here again The two individuals let down the hotel with the ignorance. Would not stay again

Tried to rebook for later in the year but fully booked for those dates

Excellent breakfast with a great choice for all needs .Room was always clean with clean towels every day. Hidden fridge and free safe. The pool did look bigger on the photographs .Free transport into the town or beach. Although it is a lovely into the town through the middle of the main road in.

to be honest couldn`t fault apart from the size of the pool which we didn`t use anyway.

What great hotel with SUPER comfy beds.

Such a nice medium size hotel. The room was perfect overlooking the pool and had one the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a long time. Breakfast was great too. The hotel is quite far from the town/marina but it’s in a lovely area with a free shuttle available. Thanks for a great stay!

Really nice, well positioned hotel with pleasant and helpful staff

Excellent hotel, relatively quiet when we were there, which was a bonus. Room good size with balcony (well actually 2 balconies), all staff very pleasant and polite. Breakfast very good. Got Uber's everywhere, only 4 Euros to the Marina/beach (about 25 mins walk) and 15 Euros to Albufeira, so hotel well positioned. Plenty of restaurants nearby and lots more at the marina and surrounding area. Nothing bad to say about our stay

Very pleasant stay would highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, fresh towels were provided for the pool each day (additional to the ones in the room), the hotel was a the perfect size and not too loud or busy, overall very comfortable stay would highly recommend.

From the friendly welcome, the beautiful room, the scrumptious breakfast, the perfect sunbathing spot, to the cheerful farewell at our very early checkout....we will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff and lovely large room with balcony overlooking the pool. We got a room upgrade on arrival, 2 rooms and a nice bathroom and 2 balconies overlooking the pool. Restaurant was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Groups of golfers stay here as it is mainly a golf resort. Can be a bit noisy at times, mainly at breakfast and later on at night. Other times it was so peaceful we had the pool area to ourselves at times. I would definitely recommend Vilamoura Garden Hotel for a great stay.

- the most awful coffe for breakfast in all my life. Really think that administration has to try it and change it. Coffee for payment was not so bad, but 2.5€ for espresso it's unbelievable. - when we had Chek-in, receptions didn't said that actually we could use SPA in 5* hotel just for 10€ - all receptionists spend too much time in them smartphones during works days. - further on balcony in our room was really dirty

Good value for money. Good experience.

Everything! Staff very professional and welcoming. Both at reception and at restaurant and open bar. The room was very comfortable and the room service was great. There was a printer available at reception, which was handy. Breakfast was lovely too.

Garden and swimming pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel. Can get busy at times. Also, the gym has no windows, which results in a build up of odour.

Great stay

I booked a trip away with family for my birthday and Vilamoura Garden Hotel exceeded expectations. The staff here are amazing and make everything so easy. My family had organised a cake for my birthday which they made, also gave champagne which was at no extra cost to us, the staff also sang happy birthday at breakfast! The location is about 25 minutes walk from the marina which is where the main restaurants are, there is a free shuttle bus from the Hilton over the road but we couldn't figure out how to use it, there is an app similar to Uber called 'Freenow' which makes getting a taxi really easy. Would stay here again!

Relaxing

We were checked in by Gabriel and he was amazing! Best person at the hotel, so friendly and made us feel so welcome instantly! The hotel was a nice size and very cosy. The marina wasn’t too far which was nice. The maids always made the room spotless and the hotel was very clean.

We had an altercation on our first day and a member of staff was rude and unprofessional. It made us very upset that we had that on our first day and made us feel a bit uncomfortable for the rest of the holiday, however the rest of the staff made up for it.

Clean, good value for money.

Hotel was very clean. Our family room had ample room for the four of us. Beds were very comfy with the master bed being huge! Pool area was quiet with available sun beds. We had breakfast one morning which was really nice.
