Unfortunately (for us) there was so much snow that we were unable to use the balcony or really appreciate the fantastic views from the apartment and on our first morning we couldn't actually get out of the chalet before someone came from reception to clear the piled snow from around the chalet door! The main reception area is right next to the Arolles Ski-Set (great for hiring ski gear) and opposite 'lifts' up to main (Arcs2000) ski area. It was unfortunate (again due to snow amounts) that the button lift direct to slopes was only operating on our last day and only 1 (of 2) lift alternatives was 'out of order' causing large queues at the busiest times.
The apartment itself was very well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. although (surprisingly?) not an ice-tray to allow us to make ice-cubes for G&T. We found the apartment to be cosy (great open fire) and comfortable with a very convenient ski/boot store just outside our apartment although there was only one small (2 person?) bench which was OK for us (only 4 persons) but could have been an issue with bigger groups since 'no ski boots in apartment'.
We never really got to grips with the main room's underfloor heating even though we followed the 'instruction manual' but this didn't cause a problem since in the evenings we always had the open fire going and there was alternative heating. Our only other 'problem' was the fridge which didn't seem to get cold enough although the freezer section was fine.
None of our 'issues' detracted from a good week's skiing (+ a pool competition in the reception area) AND as well as the numerous birds, 2 Pine Martins visited our balcony one evening. Amazing!
Note: there is no Wi-Fi signal in apartment (although there is mobile phone reception) and whilst there are some DVDs in the apartment, the actual TV only has French channels. There is also a small selection of board games but (surprisingly?) no pack of cards.

I had a wonderful weeks stay at the chalet with friends. It was conveniently located with very close access to a drag life up to the slopes. After a day skiing the sunny view from the balcony was spectacular. My stay was made effortless thanks to the chalet being so well equipped and how helpful the staff at reception were. It was very handy having the ski locker just across the hall making early starts easier.
I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Good sized apartment and well positioned in the resort.

As a group of 8 friends, this was the perfect location for a very pleasant ski holiday. The apartment was in flawless condition, very clean and very well equipped to proportionate a very conformable stay. For example the location of the ski equipment storage is right opposite the apartment making it very easy to equip in and out. The location of the chalet in relation to Les Arcs is also great, literally ski in - I would only take the skis off at the door.
In terms of the booking and the arrangements was also perfect, straightforward to get the keys and everything even though we arrived quite late on Saturday. For a group of 8/10 people I cannot think of a better place to stay in Les Arcs - the resort itself is perfect.

This apartment is perfect. More room than most skiing accommodation, and its all very comfortable and everything works! Location is ideal, use of the spa/swimming pool is easy and great, couldn't wish for more, we have rebooked!

We stayed here over Easter as two families together. Really lovely chalet only a few minutes walk away from the drag lift up to the slopes - perfect when skiing with kids ! The chalet had everything we needed for a very comfortable and easy stay with parking close by and the boot room just outside the appartment. The outlook is great and fantastic for a beer in the sun after skiing with good weather ! We had never skied Les Arcs before but will definitely come back and would recommend the appartment and the resort. PS The only WiFi is in the chalet reception but for us this was a bonus as less distractions for all !

Very nice apartment in a great location within easy access of the slopes and the restaurants and bars of both Les Arcs 2000 and 1950. Spacious and well equipped, the apartment has a lovely balcony, a big, private ski locker and each room is also en-suite which makes it ideal for two families sharing. The availability of an underground parking space is also a big plus, and the only gripe from our kids was the absence of wi-fi - although it is available in the nearby reception area of the Chalets de Neige.

This chalet is by most standards pretty enourmous. We were very lucky during our 'corporate' stay (a strategy week) and shared the whole place between 4 of us- which in itself was luxurious when the place would comfortably sleep 8 and at a push 10!!
Each of the rooms has its own Shower/sink and one (the master) has a bath. There are no fewer than 3 toilets, 2 of them off the main corridor and one in an en-suite.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are warm with the majority of the Chalet having underfloor heating (it must be good as the lowest temp we recorded was -31 degrees) although we had logs to burn every night which made it oh so comfortable and snug in the evenings. The main kitchen/diner/lounge is spacious and comfortable with 2 huge sofas (good for 6) a TV/DVD combo (not massive but OK) and French TV which WILL improve your diction.
The nearest lift is a mere 50 metres away (a small button) and you can ski back to the bottom of this in the evening.
Overall we rated this chalet as........wonderful.........the longer we were there, the more comfortable it became! We will definitely return next year. Oh By the way it has a pool and a hot tub somewhere in the main building, but we got so snug in the evenings we never ventured out!! The ONLY thing we would gripe about is no WIFI in the chalet- for a bunch of corporates this is like going cold turkey.....

Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment. Very spacious/well equipped with wonderful comfy sofas - just what you want when you return from a hard day's skiing. Bedrooms extremely spacious with really comfy beds. Constant hot water for the bathrooms. Very close to the slopes and managed to ski back to the door when it had snowed. Had a problem with the car park when we arrived (through no fault of the owners) upon contacting the owners they were fantastic and sorted immediately.
By far the most luxurious apartment we have stayed in to date.
There were 9 of us and it never felt cramped. Wi-Fi was very expensive through Chalet des Neiges but if you went to the nearby bars you could get it free.
Small supermarket a few doors up which served our needs.
All linen provided but don't forget to take your own t-towels (we forgot). Would also recommend taking extra pillows, you get 1 each but weren't that firm.
