About this house rental

Beautiful and discreet two-storey semi-detached house, in a residential complex with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Beaches 15 minutes walk away. Very quiet area. There are no discos or bars in the area. There is no noise. Located inside the town. Large communal pool and a small one for children. Private garden in the house, with private barbecue. Private parking closed with a fence in the inner courtyard of the house. With direct access to the communal garden of the pools with visibility from the house. Air conditioning by conduction in the rooms. Fan in the ceiling of the terrace and in the dining room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. A double room with a 150 cm double bed. Another room with two single beds. A room with a bunk bed with an extra mattress in case three children want to be in the same room. Ideal for 6 adults and three children, but there can be 8 adults. In the living-dining room there is a 150 cm Italian model sofa bed. A chair for children-baby. Complete bathroom on the upper floor. From the rooms there is direct access to the terrace-solarium with views of the pool. On the ground floor there is an independent kitchen with all the utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. LG-50” television, connected to 2 satellites (Astra+hotbird). It has a covered terrace for eating outside the house. In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob with an electric oven, a new LG washing machine. The new LG fridge-freezer. Linx dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, and Nexpresso capsule coffee maker. With all the complete kitchen utensils and more than enough. There is plenty of parking space on the street. There are no paid parking meters in the town of Miami Platja. It is always free throughout the town. The supermarket and pizzeria, rotisserie, etc. are 250 metres away.

Haus und Anlage perfekt

Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen auf beiden Etagen. Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und auch kindgerecht. Die Besitzer Carmen und Carlos kümmern sich um Gäste und Haus und machen somit den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Appartamento molto pulito, tranquillo, spazioso, fresco e fornitissimo di tutto cio' che serve ed anche di piu'... Giardino angolare molto ombrato ... A disposizione anche maschere e giochi Ideale per bambini e anche per chi possiede animali domestici. Molto curata anche la parte comune. Heureuse d'avoir louer avec Carlos Ruiz . Un propriétaire disponible et serviable. La maison est impeccable il ne manque rien. Tout est fourni comme dans les hôtels. La maison est beaucoup plus belle en vraie qu'en photos . Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que le séjour ! Il ya la climatisation . Et beaucoup de commodités pour les enfants!! Nous sommes ravis d'avoir été à Miami platja et sommes plus que satisfait de cette location . Nous repartirions sans hésiter car nous avons eu beaucoup plus que le descriptif de l'annonce .Nous recommandons vivement cette location car il n'y aura pas de mauvaise surprise!!
