The house is amazing! It is so beautiful with lovely spacious areas to relax and eat. There is so much room. Parts of the house are breathtaking. The upstairs living room is incredible with gorgeous views of the surrounding area. The pool area is perfect. There were 10 of us and we all loved it. The house is tastefully decorated and Katherine was really friendly and informative. We are coming back!!

We loved our summerholiday in this very nice house. Everything was great. both the house, the garden and the poolarea.
The area was also nice and close (by car) to all the nice cities and beaches.
Catherine, the owner, was really kind and helpfull. Answered all our questions regarding where to shop, what to see and where to eat, etc.
We will for sure be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Catherine’s wonderful home. The villa has quite literally everything you could want to be entertained… from boules, ping pong, darts, pool and billiards. I went with my family, some of their spouses and our young nephew. There was ample space for us all to sleep and such great views from the villa. There’s loads of places to convene and chill too such as cosy seating areas to play cards or hammocks to read a book. Catherine was also a great host, staying nearby she was able to drop round a Wi-Fi router the next day after a storm blew out the main Wi-Fi and was on hand for recommendations if needed. You can walk to the village nearby but we’d recommend getting cars to explore further afield. We drove to surrounding cities and towns for day trips such as Cannes, Frejus and Antibes. We also did a day trip to Monaco (which was a little further away). Lac St Cassien is beautiful and a short drive away. There is a small boulangerie in the local village. We spoke to them on the first day and then pre-ordered croissants for the morning so we’d pick them up fresh. We’d recommend doing this for large groups, as it’s a small place and they may not have loads pre-prepared. You also then get the benefit of the freshest croissants. I stayed with family, but this would also be a great place for friends too. Thanks for a lovely stay Catherine!

We stayed at Catherine's home with a few friends and it was just perfect. All the rooms in the house were perfectly clean and fully equipped. The bedrooms were also clean and it was fresh inside. But it was really the outside area that made the place so perfect. The swimming pool, the table tennis, the pool table, a petanque and the lot of sunny terrasses. It is also a really good location, with cannes/saint-tropez/frejus all really close by. There was also a bakery at walking distance.
Catherine and Renee were the most lovely hosts. I could always ask them questions and recommandations in the area.
I would really recommend this place and the hosts!

Overall a nice property although there were a few issues that you would expect to be addressed when paying this sort of money -a fee issues included pool table ripped, no pool towels, broken light switches, mostly chipped crockery, table tennis in an area where you would not want to be at night - Catherine was very helpful before the stay arranging shopping on arrival and takeaway - overall we enjoyed the stay

The house is in the perfect location: it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere and yet it´s an easy walk to the local village, not to mention loads of stunning attractions within a short drive, including the beautiful Lake Saint Cassien.
The house itself had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. There were plenty of seating areas indoors (and outside terraces) for everyone to spread out and have some space. We didn´t think we´d use the pool table at all but turns out it was great entertainment. I´d like to say we used the gym half as much (which is really well equipped), but sadly we didn´t.
The highlight was probably the pool area; it´s a beautiful tranquil space with a gorgeous pool and outside shower.
Catherine was a great host: because of the COVID situation our guests numbers changed once or twice and she couldn´t have been more helpful. She also arranged for a local chef to come and cater for our first night as well as giving us plenty of tips for local shops and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this year.
We were 3 sisters who each came with our own families to have a big summer holiday experience together.
The Villa was perfect for our needs. It had all the things needed for all ages. Game consoles, board games and family games like table tennis, fuseball and pool for the older guests and toys and games for the toddlers too.
There were 11 of us and the space and different living areas was perfect for our stay. There were numerous seating areas inside and out and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The owner was very accommodating before our stay and during and was easily contacted of we needed anything.
We had the most amazing week and loved the Villa and it's location. It's near many large Supermarkets and close to Lac de Cassien which is such an amazing place for all ages. ( It's free too to just swim) with water activities only requiring a small charge.
Definitely somewhere I would reccommend.
I would definitely recommend this Villa and the owner as we had the most amazing time. Villa life is definitely the way we want to spend our future holidays and we would all happily spend another week in this lovely Villa.

We could not of asked for more from our holiday in the South of France.
The owner was there to meet us, even tho we were late, there were no problems. The owner was most accommodating, whilst showing us all that this property has to offer, was only to pleased to answer our many questions.
The property is well maintained and very comfortable.
Everything you would want for the perfect stay was there.
We tried many restaurants in the vicinity, all so good, no complaints at all!
All of us that stayed are finding it impossible to go anywhere else!
