About this apartment rental
The apartment’s size is 70 square meters, has two balconies (living room and bedroom) and is divided in two spaces: the living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, wooden floor, hidden lighting, design furniture, and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition through which you can see a built large shower area. Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay. Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child.
There is also free wi-fi, washing machine, coffee maker, boiler, two air conditioners, iron with iron board and you tube on the TV.
The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.
There is car transportation service from the airport to the property.
Only costs 45 euros from 5am to midnight.
And from midnight to 5 am 60 euros.
Also if you arrived late at the property after the 6 pm .
You'll be charged 35 euros.
There is also free wi-fi, washing machine, coffee maker, boiler, two air conditioners, iron with iron board and you tube on the TV.
The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.
There is car transportation service from the airport to the property.

We had a great time at the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely amazing, with everything in walking distance. We had an issue with water leaking from the bedroom AC, but the other AC was strong enough that it kept us very cool during our stay. The host was communicative and helped us arrange a taxi to and from the airport. Definitely recommend!

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time using vrbo and we have had a really pleasant experience overall.
Our stay at this apartment was incredible, really couldn’t recommend it more!. The host was very helpful and friendly on our arrival and throughout our stay. We thought the location was perfect as it is round the corner from acropolis, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. There was also an easy accessible metro station if you want to adventure out.
The apartment itself was very safe and secure. Bigger than we expected! Which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and tidy. The balcony was a sun trap, which we loved. The road noise is slightly loud when the doors are open but totally fine when the doors are shut. The only issue I think other people would complain about is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and after a long day of walking the stairs tire you out. There is a lift that I used a couple of times but it’s not for people who feel claustrophobic as it is very small.

Only downside was poor communication/no instructions on how to use hot water and washer. Everything was in Greek. Otherwise apartment was modern and very comfortable. Lots of shopping and food around the corner.

We had an excellent stay at Efi's property!
Everything that was shown in ad is precisely what you get. The condo is on the 4th floor, directly above a restaurant block and mins walk from Acropolis Museum. The Acropolis entrance is 5 mins further. Its also one block away from the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. The only downside is the elevator (not in Efi's control). It always goes up no problem but it doesnt always come and get you on the 4th floor. Just a warning for anyone who has a hard time with stairs. 100% recommend this condo.

This unit is located on the 4th floor with a lift and it is walking distance to everything. Thankful for the manager Efi for taking my phone call a little bit after 12 am because my hubby’s passport, laptop, cash etc. were stolen from the unit due to break-in. It is suspected that thieves made their way in from the patio by going through the roof and down to the unit. Unfortunately no cameras are installed in front of the patio nor the front door. Efi suggested that we go to the embassy to obtain a new passport and offered to call the taxi driver who checked us in the unit to give us a ride in the morning.
As this was our first visit in Athens, it was great that Efi arranged our airport pick up through a cab driver for €50 who also checked us in the unit. The driver helped us with our luggage and gave us instructions how to turn on the hot water, open/lock the building entry door, front door of the unit as well as the patio door with a metal security/blinds from the outside that goes up and down if the patio door is to be opened/closed. The taxi driver also asked us what day we were leaving and offered to drop us to the cruise port for €25 which we agreed to do. Unfortunately, the taxi driver wasn’t available to take us to the cruise port so we didn’t get to see him and thank him in person.
Overall, despite of our traumatic experience, just be vigilant. Athens is beautiful! This unit is close proximity to everything.

Normally I don’t provide reviews but I feel compelled to share our experience so that others aren’t fooled by the five star and 10/10 reviews/. The good is the location. A short walk to the Acropolis and close to numerous restaurants. End of the good. The bad is that the photos don’t represent the property. It’s tired. Chipped walls, kitchen walls splattered with stains, dust everywhere. The shower bar in the shower was held up with some scotch tape wrapped around a paper towel, there is mold along the back of the counter top in the bathroom and the robe hook is falling off the wall. We actually found hairs between the bed sheets. It got worse. We were picked up by the host driver at the airport and subjected to a wild ride from there to the property, often crossing multiple lanes when cornering. When we arrived the driver showed us around and when we opened the patio door on the front balcony we could not get it to close. We decided because all of the windows have electric shutters we would leave it. A big mistake. Two nights later we went out for dinner to a local restaurant. When we returned we opened the door to find all of our belongings strewn across the apartment. We had been robbed!Remember we are on the fourth floor. I give credit to the host for quickly attending the property but in the end her maintenance man determined the shutters had been compromised and were not a deterrent. She gave us a partial refund but avoid this property. We left early for our safety.

This property is exactly as advertised. 1 block from the Acropolis Museum and really close to the rest of the sights. Anything you want to eat is within a 2 or 3 minutes walk. Excellent place to stay in Athens.

Property is as pictured, but with 2 balconies: one in front with a table & chairs, another off the back with drying racks. Is well equipped to sleep many. We gratefully used the washer. Didn’t use the kitchen at all except for chilling water in the modern frig. We had some trouble finding how to turn on the hot water. Wi-Fi is available but instructions not easily found. My only negatives are: the ceiling mold in the bathroom & significant dirt on the top of the fabric headboard. The apartment would benefit from a sheet or booklet to explain about the Wi-Fi & hot water.

You cannot beat this location! You are within walking distance of many major attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is large and we were thankful for the air conditioning and clothes washer. Using Spiros as your taxi driver from the airport to the apartment makes initial arrival in Athens go smoothly.

Efi’s place was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Acropolis, coffee shops, restaurants, markets and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious. There is a charming lift to use if you don’t want to walk the four stories to the top. The two balconies (on front and back) gave you a view and fresh air and enjoyable space for coffee or wine. We would definitely rent Efi’s designer space again.

This apartment could not be in a better location. Right by the Plaka, the Acropolis, coffee shops, bars, restaurants. Funky, cool building, safe neighborhood. We would stay there again without hesitation. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures. Just wonderful.

This was a nice place to stay in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, the acropolis and metro station. Owner (Efi) communicated well with us and arranged transfer from the airport for a reasonable fee and Spiro (our taxi driver) gave us valuable information about the area and about Athens in general. We truly enjoyed our time here and will stay here again!

The apartment is well located to walk to most of the major attractions. The neighborhood has a lot of amenities in easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, with very little street noise at night. The host is very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Very good location near the acropolis! A friend of the owner picked us up from the airport, and at the end of our stay brought us back to the airport after showing us the Greek Rivera. Amazing apartment, perfect spot, east communication! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cool, spacious apartment perfectly located steps from the Plaka, Parthenon, metro, bakeries, etc, but quiet and plenty of room for our family of four, including two teens. The apartment design was terrific - we would loved to haves stayed longer. Perfect for us!

The Apt is close to the Acropolis and the metro train.
The 40 bus at the corner will take you to Pireaus to catch any of the Ferry boats to the Islands. Vremember to catch the 40 bus back at the same spot you got off.

The host: We worked with Efi, property owner from the get go and she helped us out with all relevant information about the property, location, transportation information and the best part - early check-in as we arrived earlier in the day and she let us in considering our situation with luggage and tired kids lol...
The Property: Perfectly situated within walking distance from Acropolis, Museum and a long street filled with amazing restaurants and shopping.
The apartment itself is very modern, spacious and came with all necessary amenities.
The apartment building has a buzz-in door so has security.

Efi, was the perfect hostess, she arranged to have a taxi pick us up at the Port of Piraeus, then check us into the apartment.
The Apartment is beautiful and spacious in the perfect location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Athens.
We did have a problem with the A/C but I am confident that Efi has already taken care of it.
I would highly recommend choosing this apartment for your Athens vacation.

We just got home and We would definitely stay at this apartment again! The location is perfect, you are right by the action and so many different restaurant options within 3 minutes! Efi was very knowledgeable of the area, sweet and polite. The apartment is pretty spacious and although it’s an older building, the tiny elevator works pretty well. WiFi was great. We were not big fans of how firm the bed was so we ended up using the couch/bed in the living room. Although the apartment is right in the city center, we found it to be very quiet inside so we had no problem with noise or lights coming in the morning (the automatic blinds work great). Towels and linens smelled very nice! We caught some rain on one of the days and we were able to use an umbrella from the apartment.
