A perfect place to stay! Location, cleanliness, amenities, and particularly the staff were all 10 out of 10! I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better accommodation!!!
5.0
The location - it was brilliant being near the start of the pedestrianised walkway through Oia. You could see the sea on both sides of the island as Oia is at the end of the island. The breakfast which was included was really good, fresh fruit Greek yoghurt n honey being my favourite
The pool was a bit cold as it wasn’t heated

Very friendly staff, the owner Anna gave us a bunch of recommendations of what to do during our trip. Nice location, saw a great sunset and avoided the crowds :)
Small bathroom.

location of property and views from it
the lady managing it was extremely rude, also the room was okayish, not super comfy

Hotel very well located, on the main street of Oia where the best restaurants, shops and sunsets are located.
the hotel owners were very friendly, giving tips, wine, coffee and I even got a beautiful bouquet of roses.
very nice bed with good quality linen.
I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location with beautiful views. Did not use the pool as it was icy cold. It was very close to all the things that you would want to do in oia. I would recommend people to also go left and up a few metres where it says walking path to fira to see the magnificent sunset. Everyone wants to see the sunset from oia and it becomes very crowded. This option allows you to see the sunset away from the crowds.
Also, try pitogyros for takeaway greek dishes like souvlaki. Sitting down at every restaurant becomes a bit expensive and sometimes you just want to grab a bit and go. The quality of food at Pitogyros was very good.
The host was very friendly and welcoming at the hotel.
Swim pool was icy cold.

Two minutes walk to the popular walkways and the major attractions. One minutes walk to bus station. I was taking bus in and out...
It's not on the side with the sunrise and sunset.

The b&b treats you family! Marousa and Anna are extra thoughtful and genuinely amazing hosts. For a big group of ten with a baby, they made the trip extremely easy!

Anna and her family really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. She made us feel so welcome. Appartement is clean, high quality sheets and towels. The nespresso machine and panini maker are a nice touch in the kitchenette. The free parking is especially handy for car or scooter rental as it isn't easy to park anywhere else nearby.

Beautiful location, the terrace was gorgeous and so was the actual villa. The staff were so nice and helped us plan and reserve our entire trip once we were there, which was incredibly helpful. And the breakfasts were amazing, a full spread and provided packaged on days we needed it to go. Great location too, not too loud but really close to things, and great view just outside too.
It was really amazing, only one small note that could be good or bad depending on personal preference - if you want a ton of privacy and to be left alone the whole time, not the place for you. they’re very attentive and insist on cleaning daily, which makes for a very clean stay and you have access to their help, but also means less privacy.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff.
A little noisy as a busy area.

Everything was amazing, from the breakfast selection, to the location which is super calm with an amazing view, as well as all the amenities and especially the sympathy of Anna, who was amazing with us.
We highly recommend this spot due to the above and the fact that this place has an amazing terrace from which you can see the incredible Santorini sunset. It's also 5min from the center which makes it easy to get to, but avoids all the chaos and noise from the crowd.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

the warm hospitality, the location, the pool, the room, breakfast.
no jaccuzi.

Good location, clean!
From the beginning:
in a private message, the owner offers a transfer from the airport for her guests for 45eur, otherwise I booked on booking for 26eur. You don't do that to your guests.
When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes, the reception was locked.
When we asked for help with the rental car, they offered us a car for 60 eur, we left 100 meters from the apartment and found a better car for 50 eur.
She offers you trips and everything else where she can grab her percentage.
The breakfast is not good, they ask you to circle on paper what you would like to have for breakfast, basically two boiled eggs, toast, coffee and juice. All in all solid. Far from the rating that deceived me.

it was just perfect for our needs.

Room was very well designed, shower was huge and there was a window in the bathroom. Bed was large and comfortable. In general, the studio was very spacious. A large water was provided in the fridge when we arrived. Private parking was available but you had to go get a remote control from the host beforehand and doubleback in your car to get to it (once parked, it was fine but for the check-in, it was a bit chaotic because of all the traffic and having to come all the way back around). There was a Nespresso machine in the room which was nice to have extra coffee at breakfast. You order your breakfast by checking items you want on a form the night before, it was very easy but the first time we did it, we were not sure of the quantities. Our balcony had a nice view of the sea on the other side of the island, breakfast was served in your room/on the balcony. The location is great, very close to the main walking street and not having to look for parking everytime is perfect. The pool was small but perfect for a quick dip (in general, it wasn't too hot in Oia due to the winds). The host was very friendly and professional and provided us with information on the island and villages to visit as soon as we arrived.
In general, you could hear noise from the other rooms, they are not super well insulated (we are used to it because we live in a big city). Lighting was poor in the bathroom which I think was done on purpose for design but luckily there was a mirroir in the main room and lots of windows for natural light. They forgot to provide more body wash on our 3rd/4th night so we ran out but that was very minor.

We stayed in what was the owner’s grandmother’s cave home. It was magical - and the view with the hot tub looking over the caldera was awesome. The owner is so friendly and helpful as well. Loved it!

Loved the staff. So welcoming and helpful. Loved the areas around the hotel to sit and look at the view. Had a great time at the pool. Breakfast was delicious and filling, there was a lot of choice for breakfast and you could eat it outside with a beautiful view. The rooms were charming and clean. So happy to have stayed here. Well worth the price which is very reasonable to begin with.

The hotel is in an excellent location - off the busy main pedestrian walkway in Oia but within very close walking distance. The owner and her daughter were friendly throughout our stay, very accommodating with arranging taxi, and provided us with plenty of recommendations. Breakfast was delivered daily and was exceptional - particularly the croissants and fruit. The pool area is very nice, but was a little too cold and windy while we were there in October. I would definitely recommend Ianthe to a friend!
The lighting in the bathroom is fairly dim and there are multiple areas of mildew on the upper bathroom walls. The bedding was very light, but the owner kindly provided us with a heavier blanket upon request. The closet is very spacious and could have used additional hangers for clothing.

Lovely room with all the things you need, nice location on maybe the main road of Oia, you can ask the bus to stop just around 100m away. We enjoyed the stay.

Very close to Oia, but very relaxing. Family run hotel, both mother and daughter are very nice and really helpfull. The breakfast is served in the room, and that is quite nice. The pool area is very comfortable and quiet. If we ever come back to santorini, we will repeat for sure!
Everything was great but maybe the rooms lighting decoration could be improved.
