All was good! The owners were friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. The apartment was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Highly Recommended Stay Near The Airport

My experience at Indeevaram was really great. The facilities are very well kept and good looking, my appartment was extra spacious. The staff is the best part: all very polite and friendly, very dedicated. They even allowed me to store my bagagges for some extra hours and printed my flight ticket free of charge. I highly recommend this stay near the airport.

Spacious and clean room but too Noisy

Spacious and clean rooms.

Noise. It was hell. No new people can sleep in these rooms. There is a hole connecting the room to next room, i dont know for what purpose but this makes the noise from other rooms easily seeping through. To make it worse, there was some bachelors who were noisy till late at night, so sleeping was difficult.

High price for a non-AC room, poor accessibility, not near to any restaurants/shops.

1. The price was too high considering that the room was not having air conditioning. For this price, one can rent a 3-4 star hotel room with AC and breakfast. 2. Having no AC was highly uncomfortable for the type of weather expected in Thiruvananthapuram at this time of the year. So, non-AC room should not even be offered to customers, especially at this price. 3. The location was not close to any restaurants or shops, so it was not easy to go out to eat or buy something. 4. The access road to the property was too narrow. It is very difficult even for a mid sized car to pass through.

there were a lot of ants in the bedroom, there aren’t restaurants nearby.

Very pleasant room and exceptionally helpful host

Very large room with private bathroom. Is only a short walk from the airport. Host was very friendly and patient, and went above and beyond to help. He ensured I had a pleasant stay, despite my disorganisation

Great for Trivandrum Airport departures! Come by small car / Xylo to reach premises

Clean, friendly staff, very spacious rooms with multiple toilets, kitchen! < 5 mins from Int Airport esp. on service roads means you can relax max before departure

The access path to hotel is very very narrow (we could reach by Xylo which took some skill ). If you come by bigger vehicles, you have to park on main road, walk 50m and move baggages manually. Not a big deal if you are not carrying huge baggages. No restaurants nearby — staff offered to order by Zomato etc., not ideal if you love to eat where you stay!

Awesome place to stay with family.

The place is just a home away from home. You have 1bhk/2bhk as per your requirement. It is basically a fully furnished home with basic kitchen amenities. All clean and tidy. Near Thiruvananthapuram international airport. Near Amritapuri hospital and Mall of Travancore

More boards required to indicate your presence. For instance on the road on the other side of flyover under construction.

good stay, worth the money spend

I would like to add thank you note for Vikas (i hope that's the name as I don't recollect now, he was at the reception) for his help during our stay.

extra mattress was an issue but was informed in advance by owner.

There was no refreshment or any food available. The reception was very cooperative.

At least a breakfast would have been appreciable since the location of the residency is remote, neither near to any restaurant/hotel to avail.
