About this house rental

Large duplex apartment consisting of six bedrooms, large living and dining room, private terrace of 60 square meters, four bathrooms, and separate kitchen. It is a new apartment that we make available to our customers.
With capacity for twelve people, it has sheets, towels and blankets, has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, free internet connection and equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom has two large single beds: 100 x 200 centimeters.
There is a large dining room and a small living room on the second floor.
It should be noted as important pate of this home its large terrace furnished with loungers and seating areas to eat in it and sunbathe. There is an outdoor shower to cool off while sunbathing.
The apartment has sheets, towels and blankets. The kitchen has everything you need to cook.
The Casa de Tintes (House of Dyes) is located at one end of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville, between the churches of San Esteban and San Bartolomé.
This area is that of the great palace-houses of Seville that are still inhabited, many of them by their owners, although others are Headquarters of the Administration. Here is located the wonderful Mudéjar Palace known as "La Casa de Pilatos", and other similar large ones.
In this neighborhood lived Miguel de Mañara, whose life inspired Mozart the opera Don Giovanni, which for other writers and novellets was Don Juan Tenorio. Still standing, a few meters from the apartment, the palace in which this character lived, the Casa del Comendador, and the Convent where Doña Inés took refuge.
Also in this area, El Barbero de Sevilla, Figaro, and you can still visit the Balcón de Rosina.
This area of Santa Cruz is, therefore, very quiet and residential, although it is in the same historical center and very close to the Cathedral. That is why the old and wealthy families of Seville keep their palatial residences in it.
You will live in a very spiritual area where the distant sound of the bells of the churches and convents, raise the feelings.
The neighborhood also has all the amenities: supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
We recommend the typical restaurant "La Carbonería", where you can dine and listen to flamenco.
A little more than five minutes walk you can find all the bars and restaurants in the area of Santa María la Blanca, or the Plaza de La Alfalfa
The house where the apartment Casa de Tintes Duplex Terrace is located, has been divided into two apartments to rent: The Terrace House and The Patio. That's why they will not have neighbors that bother them.
Located ten minutes walk from Santa Justa train station, and fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. For travelers arriving by car there is a public car park at Cano y Cueto street. If you want to rent a car, you will find all rental companies in the same San Justa Station.
We offer independence, comfort, functionality, silence and good situation within the city
In short, we believe that it is a great option for your holidays in Seville.

Everything was great. The apartment is in a funky old building. Very walkable area - close to everything we wanted to do. Everything went very smoothly with check in and check out. We had a lovely time.

I really enjoyed the location. The kitchen we had was very small and power keeps tripping. Other than that the property is ok.

The location of this house is its best quality. It’s a short, delightful walk to tapas bars, pastry shops, and historical sites of old Sevilla. Grocery stores and coffee/breakfast places are within a block or two. The house accommodated our family of 11 with its six bedrooms and four baths. Four of the bedrooms and two of the baths are on the second floor, and the other two bedrooms and baths are on the third floor (American numbering system). The open living room/ dining room was undersized for our group but not a problem. The kitchen, although adequately equipped, is tiny with room for only one person at a time. The simple act of making toast or coffee was a source of frustration and wasted time because of the “traffic jam” in the kitchen. All in all, the house worked out fine for our large group, although more attentive management of the rental is called for. Many of the light bulbs in the lamps were burned out. One of the shower hoses couldn’t be used properly because its holder was broken. All of the doors need maintenance. It was almost impossible to latch or lock the bedroom and bathroom doors. Toilet paper was in short supply. We had to buy extra at the market. Check-in was unnerving. I received no instructions ahead of time other than “call me when you arrive at the train station.” Although check-in time is listed as 12:00, the cleaners weren’t finished until about 2:00, so we were told to come back after a few hours. Not a big problem, just inconvenient.
