The views, the swimming pool
The food wasn’t nice, the room was damp with little ventilation.
4.2
The views from the swimming pool were amazing
Even though there were only a couple of tables, we're waiting +1.5h in the restaurant for our dinner without any update from the staff while the rest of the tables which arrived later were already served.
It's in an isolated location, which is cool, but without no chance of easily moving around.

Beautiful setting, great views, cool looking rooms with huge comfortable beds
Staff inefficient, breakfast is a bit like Faulty Towers. Hotel services unreliable.
4.2
A fantastic quiet setting. A wonderful pool to relax and hang that overlooks an incredible hillside. There’s also a lovely restaurant and bar.

the properties was absolutely spectacular!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place.
the views are amazing, the property is clean and they did not leave out any details. it’s just stunning. I can’t wait to go back.
I cannot think of a thing. it was perfect!

The design of the rooms, facilities, bar/restaurant and pool area. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing
Evening cocktails took very long to receive. 30+ minutes

The hotel is actually quite nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has a nice view. Pool and facilities are nice. But there are problems.
The service of the Hotel is terrible. Staff simply don't care. Weather you there for breakfast or dinner. Staff, don't care. They stand there, look their cell phones and wait for you to call them. The breakfast buffet is a joke. Why even bother. The coffee is so old and bitter, it is not drinkable. Given the area is known for the coffee, hardly understandable. The selection of food, limited. One Morning, we had breakfast at 9.30am and the buffet was depleted. We were a party of three. Then four English tourist joint for breakfast as well. There was no food left. The kitchen staff sat a their table in-front of the kitchen and did nothing. Really!?!
My wife and I got serious food poisoning. When I write serious, I mean serious. Not just and upset stomach. One morning I ordered the Calentado for breakfast. About 3h after breakfast I felt my body going down. All afternoon and night I was throwing up. In the afternoon my wife ate the Ceviche. Same thing. She got violently ill and joint me throwing up all night. We took turns hugging the toilet. It was not pretty! We were seriously ill. The next day, we mentioned this to staff. They could not care less. Simply shrugged their shoulders. In the end, we had to order medicine from the Pharmacy up the road. On the third day, after feeling somewhat better and being able to eat again, we ordered chicken soup for dinner. Astonishingly enough, them knowing our situation, the soup was lukewarm with more being on the cold side. The shrimp in my the soup, was still cold. I rejected my soup and sent it back. My wife gave the soup to her Mom. She in the end, got diarrhea. No joke. That was the last time we ate at this place. This kitchen has a serious problem.
Leaving the hotel can be a challenge. Driving down to the gate, there is no one to open, or reception is not occupied. This means, you need to turn the car around, drive up to reception, find a person, they then open. Really!!!!
We won't stay there again.

location, very peaceful and lovely landscape. staff was very friendly
the food of New Year’s Eve, should be more special good and never asked us about allergies and special diet needs, it was given randomly
4.2
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing.
The price was very high for the value. We were looking forward to a relaxing time together, but I still do not know what services were available. There were no information (written information) available. Drink service was really slow (40 minutes for a drink?).
4.2
it’s a nice view
there is nothing to do here - you can’t even hike / go for a walk without paying extra, and the food is awful
4.2
location, rooms, architecture, pool, jacuzzi were great!
the Food from the restaurant was mediocre to bad.
