We had a lovely time in Rome! The location for us was a bit further out from the town center than we think is idea, because of our lack of mobility but it was nice to have a generous space to all sit comfortably in a living room/dining room.
There is some construction in the building that was loud at times and made it a little uncomfortable.
It was nice and clean, but I do think maybe it could be time for them to renew the linens and more pillows and a few more towels would be great.

We enjoyed our time at this property! Kids had a lot of space to run around, it felt safe and well located, and Anna was helpful in coordinating our stay and other things we may need, such as transportation to/from airport.

The unit was super - well appointed, clean, modern upgrades with old world charm and spacious. Anna and her team were very helpful and friendly. The location next to the Borghese gardens was great. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

This was a great find. Fantastic communication with Anna before the stay, including arranging transfers for us to and from the airport. We were met at the apartment, shown around and given some local information about public transport and groceries etc. The apartment is spacious and clean, and well equipped for our stay. Walking into town was easy with mostly pedestrianised routes, and with the river close by too.
A wonderful stay in an amazing city. Thanks Anna!

Overall, this a great apartment that is very safe and secure with multiple gates to get into the building. There are three bedrooms downstairs, an office on the main floor, and a loft above the main floor as open sleeping area. Two of the bedrooms downstairs had bathrooms/showers and there was an additional bathroom on the main floor to share. Our group was spread across the bedrooms, loft, and office. The living room was a great conversation area.
The apartment is about a 10 minute walk north of Piazza de Popolo and the Flaminio Metro stop. The closest grocery store was about a 10 minute walk. There are multiple coffee shops to the south within a 5 minute walk. There were also several good local restaurants in walking distance, particularly just north of the apartment. Our favorites were Pizzeria Vignola for dinner and Treebar for drinks.
Anna is a wonderful manager. She is very responsive to our questions and organized our transportation to and from the airport with no issues.

I was in town with several friends to attend the Ryder Cup and a total of 6 of us stayed in the condo. We could have easily slept 8 as there are three bedrooms downstairs and one bed in a loft. The bedrooms downstairs are all in a row, with the first and third with a bathroom, while the people staying in the middle room needed to go up the stairs for their bathroom. The check in process was easy and the property was very secure. The host was very easy to get in contact with and provided a great experience. For example, when we checked in there was no hot water. I reached out to the host and it was fixed immediately. The condo is about a 15-30 min drive from the colosseum and other tourist attractions depending on the time of day. We were able to use Uber pretty easily the entire trip. Overall great experience!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The contact with Anna was only by mail. She was helpful but if you can write her in Italian she might really understand your questions at once.

We had a delightful 3-day stay. The home was clean and spacious. Anna was a wonderful host. She let us store our luggage since we arrived quite early. The apartment was very convenient to all the various attractions. We’d definitely recommend and hope to be back some day soon.

It was a pleasure staying at Anna’s beautiful property for a family vacation. Pictures don’t do justice to the gorgeous space. It’s extremely spacious and comfortable and very well located— just a short walk from some of Rome’s best sites and restaurants. Anna and her colleague Luca were lovely to deal with. Anna arranged excellent transportation from FCO to the VRBO and went above and beyond to accommodate my one-year-old nephew.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's beautiful home. The home was exactly as listed on line. Everything was in great working condition and very clean. While it was great to get away from the noisy crowds of Rome, the location of the apartment was bit further out from the main tourist attractions than we had expected. As a result, we were taking a taxi to and from the attractions everyday. ( public transportation is also nearby) Other than that we were very happy with our stay and the apartment in general. The downstairs rooms in particular were very comfortable due to the working air conditioning which was a much needed relief after spending a day in the hot temperatures outside. If you are looking for a great space for a family trip, Anna's apartment will be a good choice for you provided you are fine with taking transportation to the touristy locations.

Beautiful, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants and luxury shopping district, Via del Corso. My 3 young adults, ages 18, 20 & 25, enjoyed riding the scooters (Birds) along the Tiber river, which is just across the street. Thank you Luca for showing us the property at check-in. We had a wonderful stay!

A ton of space in Rome with great access to the historic parts, yet outside the ZTL. We had a car, so we were able to park near the apartment, and then walk to where we wanted. The apartment was very clean, spacious and functional. Check in was easy.

Wonderful stay and consistent with all the other positive reviews. The location and property cannot be beaten. Even though our flight was delayed, Anna was understanding. She is a wonderful host who is warm and very accommodating. She is easily accessible and can be contacted via email or WhatsApp. We have stayed in many properties throughout Europe and this is one of our favorites. Thank you Anna for making our stay so memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s apartment in Rome. The location was perfect; close to everything you could imagine and a lot of the tourist attractions aren’t too far of a walk away. Great restaurants nearby as well and a safe neighborhood. The 4 bedrooms worked out great for our family and everything was as advertised. Anna was great to communicate with and answered any questions or concerns we had. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Rome in the future!

Excellent location. The bedrooms are facing the inner courtyard and it is VERY quiet. Anna was very attentive and coordinated transportation pick up and drop off for us. The shower in the dual-sink bathroom has excellent pressure. One suggestion: bring the couch from the loft down, and take one of the living rooms ones up there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Without a doubt, the no. 1 reason to rent this apartment is Anna! Anna is one of the best hosts I have ever rented from. She was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay. She arranged for transportation between the Rome airport (FCO) and the apartment when we arrived and when we left. She accommodated us with an early check-in, as our flight arrived before normal check-in hours. And when we met Anna, she was so happy and friendly! It was our first time in Italy, and we felt so comfortable knowing we had Anna available. When traveling abroad and renting an apartment, one of the most important things is having a trustworthy and reliable host. On a scale of 1 to 10, Anna is a 20! Simply fantastic.
The apartment itself also had a lot of positives. First, it was very safe. It is in a very safe area but also has good security with a locked gate and locked exterior door. Dinner is very late in Italy and I never felt insecure walking back to the apartment at 11pm at night or later. In the mornings, you see parents walking their kids to school. Second, the apartment was very spacious. Very large living room, high ceilings, and good size kitchen. We never felt cramped at all. Third, the internet worked great. I had to do work for my job a couple afternoons and the internet was just as good as my internet back home. Fourth, there were many things in walking distance. I live in a car city, so my walking stamina was not quite the best. But the apartment was within a 10-25 minute walk of Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese park, many beautiful churches, upscale shopping, and lots more. This was totally doable all walking. Plus many good restaurants nearby too. Took a cab to the Vatican Museums and to the Colosseum, because it was easier than trying to navigate the metro. The cab rides were not very expensive and not very far either.
A couple small things to note: There was a little bit of hallway noise you can hear from one of the bedrooms in the mid-morning if you’re trying to sleep in late. Didn’t really bother me because I’m generally a heavy sleeper though. But at night it was generally quiet. And as a bigger guy, one of the showers in one of the ensuite bathrooms was pretty tight. But there were two other bigger places to shower so it didn’t end up being an issue.
Overall, this apartment is a great option with a fantastic host! Definitely recommend it!

The apartment is stunningly attractive, as well as well situated, near public transportation and tourist attractions. The main living area is palatial, including the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. There was an issue during our stay. The host IMMEDIATELY responded, sending someone at 10:30 pm (22:30) to try to fix it. Then they followed up on subsequent days to correct the problem. Anna is an exceptional host, attending to all our queries at lightning speed.

Beautiful large property near the subway.
Our family came to Rome from Canada for a great week-long stay. This property had lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and we could eat around the large table together. It is a short walk to Fulmicino subway station, which certainly helps when it comes to getting to various key locations. I highly recommend this for a family stay!

Fabulous, just as described
We highly recommend this apartment. The apartment was very spacious and had air conditioning. Anna was a wonderful host and helped us tremendously with arranging transportation issues. The apartment is in a very nice location not far from shopping and restaurants. The metro and bus stations are a half mile away. The check in process was simple and the attendant at the apartment was very helpful in helping our son get into the apartment after his fight was delayed.
We would stay here again if we return to Rome. This is great for large families. Our ages ranged from 25-82. Everyone in our group was happy with the apartment

Large spacious apartment in good location
Our family of four adults had a very comfortable four night stay in the apartment. Anna was very friendly and helpful, organising transfers to and from the airport and providing useful information about local attractions and restaurants etc.
The apartment is close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain, although there was a tram system close by we were comfortable walking to Vatican City and the Colosseum.
Next time we are visit Rome, we would be more than happy to stay at this apartment again.
