Beds were clean and everything you need for cooking, as well as a washer/dryer. House needs a bit updating. Overwhelming smell of dampness in the kitchen/bathroom area and there was a lot of slaters and large ridged black beetles throughout the house. I had to get my husband to kill them on a daily basis. It would have been good to have a mop and bucket to clean the bathroom and kitchen floor and I had to empty the Hoover which was packed to the brim. The pillows on the beds were old and empty of filling the middle and absolutely need replacing, we ended up using cushions to sleep on, there is a small back yard with a small glass table and two chairs which were dirty and covered in bird droppings and the back yard hadn’t seen a brush bits of litter etc over it I cleaned this and swept the yard and it was nice just to sit in the morning or evening with a cuppa. If these issues were resolved it would justify the rental price. Also on the day of departure which we were aware that you had to vacate the house by 10 am the cleaners turned up at 9.30am .
