Easy to find, comfortable.
The only thing was access to the top floor room, up six flights of stairs, but I was warned about that.

The location of the hotel is really convenient - right in the city centre, so there is a lot of restaurants and bars where to spend your evening and everything is close. Although the bars just next to the hotel were quite noisy during the night, the window in our room was very good, so we didn't hear almost anything when we closed it. The furniture and room were kinda old, but everything was very clean and comfortable.
We could smell the trash in the hallway (strongly), but definitely not in the room.

I liked the design of the room, it cleanliness, the staff, the location and the facilities they have in the room like the wifi
It was on the last floor and no elevator

The area around the property is very lively at night, so great to sit at the window and watch the world. But the windows also have pretty good sound insulation, so it wasn´t difficult to sleep.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Room was spacious and nicely furnished.
The bathroom seemed to either need more thorough/regular cleaning, or requires a bit of a refresh.
It seems they may have experienced a data breach

Great location.
Good location, but it is not safe. Few gangster and pickpockets hang around the main entrance

Everything, it's right in the center of the city.
I liked everything

The hotel is located right in the center, stylish and comfortable room, with a nice view and very friendly stuff!
Sometimes it can be noisy if you open the window, but central location comes with some noise :)

Great location in the center of town, friendly staff, old fashioned and unique room, cleanliness, comfortable bed.
Nothing. It was a good value for the couple of nights we stayed!

Excellent value city centre hotel. It’s very quiet despite its location. Very friendly staff members.
There was nothing not to like given how much the hotel was per night in comparison to more upmarket ones.

The young man on the reception was nice and sympathetic. Room clean, OK for one night.

Perfect location, right in the city centre, but in walking or tram distance from railway station.
Nice and comfortable room (quiet as it was the last floor, actually sixth with no lift, but that’s not big problem for me)
It was the first renovated room out of twenty, maybe the others are a little worse
Would have given 10, everything had been perfect, but when leaving something unbelievable and unpleasant happened.
I had arranged to meet the guy at the reception to pick my luggage, at a specific time in the evening.
But after nearly an hour waiting, banging the door and phoning with no answer, it happened to be that he had overslept, and yet he was inside the house! So I finally missed my train to Le Mans.
The guy, who had always been friendly and helpful, did his best to fix it, he came with me to the railway station and payed the new train ticket.
In the end I could hardly travel to Le Mans in a later train, with no daylight which I hate, and hardly could find an open restaurant for dinner when arriving.

great location

Good location. Room modernised with good facilities. Friendly staff.
Room overlooked noisy alley, with several restaurants, but effective double-glazing helped. No lounge or shared area. No lift up 5 flights of stairs. Don't have the breakfast, better places to eat locally.

Friendly stuff, very centric location
The place is a bit old but good for short term stay, right in city centre

The location is perfect, the staff were good and nice, and the room was clean and warm.
It was written that the check in starts at 15h30. But when I booked online, I put a special request that i will arrive to Nantes netween 13h-14h. I expected that they will take my request into considerations, but I waited outside for 2 hours till 15h30. Maybe it was better if i called them when I booked to confirm my request or not.

Rooms are very small and very basic, but clean. Staff is super friendly, flexible and helpful.
Rooms are very basic. Good for a short stay. But again: they are clean!
