Molto vecchio, per nulla tenuto. Camere davvero datate, doccia con solo doccino e acqua caldissima o freddissima. Polveroso. Non ci tornerò, non è al livello di un Relais & Chateaux purtroppo.

Gute Lage, die ihren Preis hat.

Die Betten waren sehr gut, das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer (Rückseite des Hotels) auf Dreck und Mülltonnen war schrecklich, das Badezimmer recht klein.

Lots of character but needs some modernising too

Location and staff excellent

We were given an upgrade but room was a little tired. Don’t expect to see frayed carpet between bathroom and bedroom. Shower very dated. Bath in bedroom very dated. Would be concerned about moisture.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay would hope to return

Loved the Wedgewood hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable decor tasteful in keeping with the style of the hotel. The spa treatment I experienced was exceptional with a highly capable therapist. There is a lovely bar where we enjoyed bar food on the evening of our arrival which was ideal after the fatigue of a long haul flight. The location at the centre of downtown Vancouver is a major plus in getting to know the city

From the enthusiastic greeting of the bellman, to the gentleman checking me in, to the outstanding concierge; everything aspect was extraordinary.

The bar food was too sweet. You could have something a little salty on which to munch.

not worth it …. fairmont is better

$600 for 4th floor facing an alley … No amenities… snacks and drinks in room are robbery prices $6 for a bottle of water.

Great location

Comfy bed and a lovely hotel with great front desk staff. Good restaurant.

My room wasn't thoroughly clean - there was food debris on the carpet and the toilet pedestal wasn't 100% clean. I had also asked for a room with a view and was placed in a room facing a building with an alley that was noisy with garbage collection and the kitchens.

A perfect stay for a couples night out!

the staff were amazing! Every person treated us with exceptional customer service, and made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The valet was very helpful and friendly. The front desk was welcoming and thorough. The lounge had a great ambience, yummy drinks and amazing staff! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for being located right downtown. Room service from the in house restaurant was delicious!! This was a perfect stay for our date night, with so many amazing venues and restaurants near by, we are excited to come back and stay again. next time we will stay longer and take advantage of the spa.

I wish we had booked a longer stay! we will stay here again.

Superb

Service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Kirby at the front door.

The only trouble was the hot water in the shower. Maintenance came quickly and fixed the problem, but it was difficult finding the right temperature. No other issues.
