Huge rooms/ lovely lobby/ restaurant area. Friendly staff . Very clean. Modern and super comfy beds. Great view and loved my stay.
Room service options are only French food. Maybe some variety on the room service.
Breakfast price was a little high.
Sparkling water on offer in the mini market would be good.
Water in rooms.

The location was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy and quick.
The shower was a bit tricky.

Good location, able to walk to the lake-front and the CN tower.
Great view from the lift.
Swimming pool water was really warm.
Great staff and service from front desk and luggage etc.
Lack of drinking water fountain to fill up reusable water bottles so had to keep asking for plastic bottles of mineral water.
Breakfast seemed expensive (39 CAD pp) so we bought-in our breakfast.

It’s highly overpriced for the service and room I got. However the location is great.
One of the front desk people had the audacity to tell me 2 bottles of water is the limit. No more. I paid $500 per night for this hotel, I’ll get whatever water I want. Also we have 3 people in the room so that’s not unreasonable in any way.

The room was nicely decorated.
The room was cold & very difficult to get warm enough to be comfortable. It was finally to our liking by the last day of our 3 day stay. The hotel overall was over air conditioned. The huge line ups for the elevators where unacceptable for a hotel that charges so much per night. We are used to better services & value added amenities when we travel like robes, slippers unlimited free water in the room & breakfast included. We have never paid so much per night & received so little in return. In short we have traveled all over the world & this was indeed a disappointing stay. We expected more from a Hilton. We won't be seeking them out for future stays.

Location
Wasn’t worth the price we paid. Room was ok but nothing that stood out as wanting me to return. No water in room. Had to ask for it at desk. Elevator situation was a nightmare. Had to complain to be offered another option of using service elevator.

our room was an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the CN tower. a fabulous room, a shame we couldnt be in it for long to appreciate it. Bed very comfortable and lovely shower. I liked the shower and hair products available and they smelt nice.
The breakfast was very costly and even though there was a lot of things out, not much in the containers and we werent keen on the juice or sausages and porridge horrid, but thats being picky. We had enough to keep us going til lunchtime

The staff front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Housekeeping did an immaculate job. The pool was gorgeous, the view was nice, and the area nearby had good access to transit & places to visit & eat.
As beautiful as the hotel was, the facilities for food felt lacking. More over if you're not there for business of some kind you almost feel like an outsider. The hotel is so expensive and it would be worth it *except* amenities that other hotels offer guests for free are locked behind their "diamond membership" so while the staff is amazing, it feels like upper management's choices are worsening the experience.

Location
The room was noisy. We could hear a lot of street traffic (from floor 13), and a lot of noise and traffic from the elevator despite being several rooms away from the elevator.
The roads to the hotel was closed because of a parade on my day of checkin but non of the staff knew about this.

In the center of Toronto
Construction. Restaurant. It was first time when I paid for my breakfasts and the waiters are asking me to pay or to fill the form. You feel like you owe something to them, no matter it was paid or not. Also every single morning restaurant personal were asking for tips! I felt like homeless people asking me for money every morning in the restaurant!!! And it’s Hilton 5 stars! Also poor breakfast! Never will return to Hilton Toronto!!!

The cost of your food so I did not eat at the hotel and also the cost of the food in the market area , these seemed very overpriced

Staff, room, and location.
The staff were extremely friendly and efficient.
The room was spacious, clean, and stylish.
The location is right where you want to be.
The pool is excellent and warm.
Our heater was quiet on high fan, but super noisy
on the low fan. The outside noise from sirens and cars racing on the road kept us awake.
The hallway noise was loud. Though we realize being a Saturday night made the noise level higher.
Would have like a lunch location within the hotel.

Property is nice, clean, kept well but construction going on
When I arrived to the hotel and checked in, the front desk told me I still owe $453 when on booking.com it said it will be payed in advance and before my stay.

room was clean and bed comfortable.. no coffee in room so I needed to leave early to find a take out
Front desk personnel were poorly trained and very slow in dealing with customers . They were polite, but seemed well over their heads. The challenges for the hotel while under renovations were very noticeable.

Nice hotel , but very expensive .
No coffee pods in room.

The location is good if you need to be downtown.
Our room was by the elevator, which was very noisy when it would travel past our floor. Even though we're on the 14th floor the sounds from the street we're also very loud. The hotel is under renovation, which they didn't mention until after we booked.

Great location & friendly staff.
Room was not clean, bed sheets had strong smell of detergents.
7.0
Great location to explore the city with amazing city views from our room
Refurbishment works were disruptive and I don’t think this was reflected in the price. The staff were no way near as good as any of the other hotels we stayed in on our Canada holiday
5.0
No restaurant open during day and no coffee house during day to buy snacks and water
