The spa, location, ambience and the service was 5 star quality!

Needs to have more staff and needs to start offering room service.

Very clean, great location , very well maintained
I was there for my honeymoon . They upgraded us to suite which was lovely . The staff at the desk were friendly and courteous.
We wanted to extend our stay by one day but the room rate doubled in price so we didn't decide to stay
There were a lot of stairs and the far elevator kept breaking

Location
My stay, which was meant to be a pleasant getaway, turned into a nightmare due to several issues that I encountered upon check-in.
Upon arriving promptly at 3 pm for check-in, I was dismayed to find myself waiting for a frustrating 40 minutes before being attended to. This delay was highly inconvenient and set a negative tone for the remainder of my stay.
Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the hotel had failed to disclose any information regarding a security deposit requirement or acceptable modes of payment during the booking process. Unfortunately, I had left my wallet at home, and my only means of payment were credit cards stored on my Apple Wallet. Despite my earnest requests, the staff adamantly refused to accept this form of payment, which left me feeling stranded and helpless.
The lack of empathy and willingness to assist from the manager, Inreet Kaur, only exacerbated the situation. Instead of offering a solution or showing understanding towards my predicament, Ms. Kaur chose to lecture me on the importance of carrying multiple cards, which I found incredibly demeaning and insensitive.
Moreover, when I suggested alternative payment methods, such as an e-transfer, I was met with dismissiveness and was callously directed to another hotel. This public humiliation, especially in front of my distressed family, was utterly uncalled for and deeply upsetting.
Additionally, despite booking two rooms, we were only intending to utilize one.
In summary, the lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism displayed by your establishment during my stay was deeply disappointing. I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Great Location , well equipped one bedroom , reasonable rate.
Room was not ready until after 4pm , promised to call when it’s ready but never received a call .
Construction is going on , so no proper lobby or any amenities available. You don’t know all of those after you have booked the room.
Asked for change to their affiliation hotel , but have to pay extra .

The construction had impacted the quality of the stay

The location is excellent, and the property rooms are clean and exactly as depicted on the website. It was a comfortable accommodation for the four of us, and I loved the notion of them offering you a welcome reduced coupk that provides you access to some additional activities at their affiliated resorts as well.
The front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I contacted housekeeping three times to request refills for the coffee sachets and the moisture, but no one responded. The lift had been out of operation since the second day and had not been repaired by the time we checked out. All of our luggage had to be carried down the stairs. The pool is currently being built.

the place was not very clean, the pillows are uncomfy and the water pressure isn't great. Windows need to be cleaned from the outside
