In terms of location, the Crowne Plaza can't be beat. The staff were friendly, too. The beds were clean and comfortable.
The lobby is very fancy, and for the price/reputation I expected the rooms to also be fancy. But the rooms are very dated and shabby -- old carpet, very old air conditioner, and the shower was in rough condition (missing tiles, unclean grout). I stayed at the Chateau Fredericton a few days earlier and it was both cheaper and nicer, and had breakfast included (which it's not here). If you have a car, or are willing to take a taxi, stay at a newer hotel on Bishop Drive rather than spending the extra money here imo. There are also some good airbnbs downtown for a similar price.

The location was great; close to restaurants and sights to see. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. The view from our room of the river was excellent.
Trying to push the luggage cart up the ramp to the elevator was a bit of a challenge.

Noise and door knocking and running up and down the corridor outside our room meant that at 10pm we insisted on moving rooms. Previous attempts from 4.30pm onwards failed to sort the problem out. In fact it got worse and the hotel seemed unable to control the noisy guests. Breakfast was ok.
See above. The hotel staff should have been able to sort out the noise when asked the 1st time.

My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready.
Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.

Good location.
I found the room was hard to find the right temperature. It was either too cold or too hot.

Location
The hotel definitely needs some updates, repairs. Not what one would expect from a Crowne Plaza.

Great location over looking the river. Room very clean and comfortably furnished
Took a long time to check-in as IT systems were having issues following an upgrade (this is why you test). Charged twice for my room and yet to receive return of the 2nd charge (its been 3 days). Breakfast very limited with no kitchen menu as the ovens were down. Had to work from the lobby as the WiFi on the 7th floor was down for most of the Fri morning. It was also down when I arrived. Pretty terrible to be honest given this is a 4* and one of the most expensive hotels in town.

Location is super, rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant has great staff and food :)
Didn't love being on the ground floor, next to side door - BUT it was very quiet and did eventually exceed my expectations.

safe and clean area. Great location
rooms were tiny and windows are small. Doesn’t compare to Crowne Plaza at Niagara Falls.

I love the hotel the staff was amazing specially when i was so disappointed with the aweful service from
Booking. The hotel is clean and pretty !
I love the hotel really enjoy it! But is extremely disappointed and sad that all my friend paid 80$ less a night booking right from the hotel… i use booking all the time for my hotel and this is the last time… i felt discussed that you charge me 80$ a night extra than the hotel itself! I understand 10-15$ to pay for ur fee but this much is awful plus no parking and free breakfast and friends had it with their cheaper price

Only positive point was the location.
Room had no window; I had no control over of the temperature in the room; room was next to the pool so very noisy.

Property is in a great location central to everything. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The restaurant we had was excellent food options were good and very tasty.
I think that because it was a Booking reservation they give you a less then desirable room. We were on the 7th floor right below what I think was the air conditioning system for the hotel. I slept with AirPod noise canceling in and still heard the pipes all night long. Not a great sleep.

Nothing.

The close proximity to the event center.
Elevator was broke, hotel was sold out and had been broke for a while. Plug ins in room didn't work, hair dryer lite on fire! They jacked the prices sky high! Sauna was broke as well.
