Buen lugar para hospedarse

La habitación nos gustó mucho, era cómoda, silenciosa y estaba limpia. Además, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para pasar varios días.

La comida del buffet estaba bien, pero era un poco desaseado porque todas las personas tocaban los alimentos. Tomar en consideración que el hotel no está en el centro de Toronto.

Clean, pleasant, friendly, comfortable

We were very happy with our stay! We traveled from Ottawa (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we rented 1 room with 2 queen size beds. Since the moment we entered the building we were pleasantly surprised with a quality of the hotel. Staff was friendly, everything smells good in the building, our room was very clean and tidy! Black out curtains helped us a lot. Breakfast is included! Don't expect a huge menu, but we got to have scrambled eggs, waffles, baggles, coffee, etc. Parking was included as well. Our room was on a first floor and our balcony doors were facing our car, so it made it easier to pack a car on our way back. If we ever have to come back, I will choose them again!

We were there for medical treatments. The breakfast food was not very good. Please address this for our next visit. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as it could be. Also, charging for early check in is a money grab which put us off the hotel

An okay option for a last mint stay

Clean updated rooms and over all hotel Staff was polite to accommodate our request of a room down the hallway

The TV casting mentioned as there highlight is actually through Rogers not through any other network on your cell . The tea and coffee are available at the breakfast area 24/7 excluding the juices . Only apples were at breakfast so they should clearly say fruit not fruits offered at breakfast buffet

Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. It was close to Toronto and easy to find.

I believe the room may have once been a "smoking allowed" room because you could still smell the faint cigarette smoke.

They have to fix the shortcomings and it will be the best hotel

When you enter the hotel, the first thing you notice is the pleasant smell in the lobby. Also, it looks like it has been renovated and everything is brand new. The breakfast was good.

Dirty in rooms. Spots on the pillowcase, hair on the bedsheet and towels. They have to pay more attention to cleaning the rooms.

Lovely stay, will definitely book again. Breakfast food was great and the room was beautiful.

Clean, renovated, great parking available. Loved that there was a patio door.

The patio door was super difficult to open and close.

Convenient and clean but room price high

Very clean. Casting on TV to my streaming services was very convenient. Breakfast was fine.

The fridge in the room was noisy. Garbage truck pick up nearby at 5:15 AM woke us.

The rooms are nice, close to the airport and the mall, good value for the money.

The breakfast place is too small for the number of people. People were always waiting. You may consider taking the breakfast somewhere else.

Excellent place to calm nerves

The facility is very accessible, good place for relaxation,when you're tensed Stay Inn is a nice place to calm your nerves.

I like everything except the price change as I wanted to extend my stay. All were extremely well.

Everything new, clean and cozy. Goog breakfast, wide range of options for food. Room had a sofa, I really liked it.

Very close to the mall and plenty of other stores, quiet, and rooms are very nice

Can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel, it dosent have all the extra amenities like a gym or pool but still very nice for a few days away.

Perfect for short breaks

1. Room size and recently renovated- had all amenities. 2. Housekeeping 3. Good choice at breakfast plus you can eat in your eat as the area is too small. Also unlimited coffee or tea at night at reception area. 4. Staff was helpful- forgot some personal toiletries and toothpaste and they were able to provide me with these. 5. There's an atm, computer and vending machine in the lobby.

1. The view is not super great but we didn't go for the view! 2. It's better to have a personal transport to get to/from this hotel.. although public transport is available not very far from the location. 3. You are charged for early check-in or late check-out- didn't affect us.

The stay was ok

Clean, breakfast offered, had a balcony door with direct access to the car, good access to highways

The room is extremely narrow and small, no space to sit or open luggage, too small for 4 people, especially for adults. Hotel is in the industrial zone, nothing to see around, not a pleasant location, no restaurants nearby. The hotel is suitable for a quick overnight stay and prompt departure in the morning.

Very good value for money if you have a car (easy parking and easy access to downtown)

Location was easy by car (around 15min from Toronto downtown with no traffic; nearby airport), although not accessible by walk to any interesting place. externally property is simple, although the rooms are new and very comfortable. very good value for money.

Staff wasn’t super supportive (although I haven’t had any major issue)
