If you're charging theme park prices, you should provide theme park amenmities

Location

There were no luggage carts available on our arrival. Only one coffee cup for two of us to share in our room. House phone in our room was broken. Exhaust fan in bathroom was broken. Parking fee was exorbitant.

Difficult. I had a hard time on bookings. Com because there wasn’t anywhere that I could call direct

It has a nice location. View of the Falls was great

The front desk guy was a bit rude and tried to put us in a room that was being fumigated. When we went all the way back to the front desk his co worker had to take over our reservation. He told us there wasn’t any upgrades available. The young lady found us a very nice room that met our request. Thank her for me.

Upon checkin there was Hair in bathroom, dusty furniture, battery to safe was low, ceiling had visible damage, parking on premises was not allowed even though there was ample of slots available. Rude front desk agent John, and his supportive rude manager next to him. Some advice you two, goto customer service school for some tips.

We will never return to this hotel.

It's location was convenient.

My main issues were: Parking $70 a night and it was not clear that it would be an additional charge prior to booking. I did an online check-in the day before entering my cc info and uploaded a photo ID but this info was not present when checking in. The staff member who checked me in was cold and not welcoming. Went into the back for like 5 mins and made me wait for no apparent reason. The bed wasn't comfortable, the fridge froze our drinks and there was no microwave which we were hoping to hear up our toddlers dinner in. Looking back on the bookings site, this amenity was not listed but still annoying. The windows did nothing for sound isolation. Heard every truck backing up, live band and motorcycle that drove by all through the night and we were on the 12th floor. Our toddler did not sleep well and subsequently, neither did we. Finally, the cost was just simply not worth what we got. It felt like a motel experience but triple the price.

Great time with family

Beautiful hotel, great facilities

When I checked out I opted to have my bill emailed to me, I still didn’t have it a few hours later when I got home so called them and they said they would send it out and by that night still didn’t have it. Had to call again the next day.

it's just ok. But the okace & employees are awesome.

The property has all the anenities we need. They have an arcade ,restaurant,nearby foodcourt and a shirt cut going to the falls.

It was the eve of Christmas 2023 we checked - in and after midnight there have a firw alarm in the hotel which really not a nice day for wvwrybody for us esp. I have my small children. But it's a good thing the niagarra forefighyers are very good to fi ish the problem so they are dine after 15 mins. Thank you for an immidiate response. I hope whenever people are checking-in & being so drunk I hope ypu huus bw responsible. Just saying ....

Perfect location, clean and spacious with awesome customer service!

Clean, spacious room, super helpful friendly staff. Location was great, walked tot he OLG stage without having to go outside. Walked to the falls for the views in 5 min

I have asked for handicapped accessible room but washroom didnt have a chair to sit it while bathing. In the picture while booking shows seat in the shower, but nothing in the room they given us.

No hot water, Maintenance banging on pipes early morning, Dead bolt on entry door stuck in latched positioning morning. Could have been catastrophic in case of an emergency.

It’s okay. But you will get what you paid for

Connected with the indoor path to the casino which is awesome for the cold winter.

Wifi is not working / extra pay for the parking even though you are staying / elevator is not working at that moment so need to use the stairs

the entrance smelled funky , the view was so far away you cannot charge nor call that a falls view

staff tyrell was awesome! the walk way to casino was excellent! huge points for having that!! one reason ill bok again!

Ridiculous fee for Parking 35 or 70 is the option yet 2 steps down its 15$ or 20$ at least do your research around the neighborhood and the 70 is something you an get away with if you want to set your own price but across the road for 35? lol rediculous loses credibility of your organization when you try to price gauge where consumer has other options

Location is great. Loads of things to do without even leaving the hotel Beds and pillows were comfy

Check in process was long, disorganized etc. I asked for rooms side by side when I booked it and we didn’t get that. A few doors down. We also had a microwave on the floor. Shower faucet was loose. The view was of a parking garage. Couldn’t pay by debit unless you want to put down a $300 deposit!

Thought the hotel was absolutely fabulous. Everything was clean and very accessible. Either traveling with family or making it a romantic get away. Loved the fun house and pool.

The cost of the meals in the hotel were very pricey. Not worth it.
