Renovations

Because of renovations to the property it is difficult to say what it will be like in the future. We were given a newly renovated room, and were pleased with the updates that were done.

There is a lot of construction mess around the building at the moment with limited access to the hotel. (only one access through the lobby).

Totally a false advertising, the pictures in Booking.com and the installations are completely a lie, the carpet in the room is wet, furniture damage, smells humidity, the carpet in the hallway are stained everywhere, the elevator is a box of plywood and the worst part is that smells like fish market unable to sleep. I want a full refund or credit some kind of compensation because we will make an official complaint or pursuit

Very tired hotel

Staff were very kind and accommodating.

Breakfast was a brown paper bag with a stale muffin, granola bar and bottle of water. The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was in tattered, internet was shotty.

Very nice overall. Good value for Oakville.

Beds were very comfortable and A/C system worked great (it was 35.5C yesterday).

Breakfast was a joke. Terrible coffee (Tim Horton's is just next door). A bottle of water, granola bar and a small box of juice in a bag! Why bother. Just give us a $5 or $10 per night hotel room reduction and forget about breafast!

Pool and hot tub unavailable!

Comfy bed. Good shower. Decent breakfast

I wish at the time of booking I was notified that the pool and hot tub were not in working order. That is the specific reason I booked this hotel to be able to use those facilities so I was very disappointed. I felt I should have been offered a discount from the price I was paying because I was unable to use those facilities and nowhere in my booking procedure was I told the facilities were not working. I know other hotels make it very clear when certain facilities are not in working order.

Exceptional

Location is nice and quite. I like also the view from my room at 9th floor i can see those supercars meet up at tim hortons parking. Gas station is just outside the building which is very convinient for traveller like me.
