The location was easy to access and it was nice that they allowed dogs. The front desk staff when we checked in was very pleasant and helpful
The hallways to the rooms smelled like dog urine and all the walls and doors looked very dirty.
The bed sheets were clean, though the set i slept on were so rough it resembled my grandmother's flannel sheets that she's had for 50 years (my husband's were fine). The beds were quite hard and I feel that I should have spent the extra 40$ to go to a better place.
There were an old pair of dirty kids shoes sticking out from under the bed and the floor in the bathroom had a lot of buildup of dirt and hair in the corners. There was also no caulking in the bottom half of the shower and obvious signs of mold. I think with some care and tlc, this would have been a pleasant stay but it seems like no one cares about the cleanliness of the corridors and rooms.
In the morning, we ventured down to get breakfast and all the tables were dirty, with no staff available to wipe them down. When I went looking for something to clean them with (I have no issue, we probably arrived right after a rush) I saw a handful of dirty rags that they were using to wipe everything down. We do a lot of hotel stays and this was by far the worse breakfast we have gone too, but I wasn't expecting a whole lot, just for it to be clean . The staff seem overworked.

L’emplacement était parfait et le personnel réactif à nos demandes.
Il manquait des choses dans la chambre comme le tapis de bain et la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. De plus le premier jour il manquait des items sur le buffet du petit déjeuner comme des cuillères. Heureusement le personne a été réactif à chaque fois et nous a apporté les items manquants.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional and went out of their way to make us feel important. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom is a little crowded and uncomfortable as the door is right up against the toilet and tub, but it was clean and well supplied. Enjoyed the dove bathing/washing products supplied in the shower.
The breakfast was not at all anything worth waiting for. The coffee was so wickedly strong that we couldn't even drink it and we like our coffee robust all the time. The food was cold and seemed to have been sitting for a while (potatoes were rubbery and eggs were dry). Actually left to go get our coffees somewhere else. Was quite disappointed with the breakfast. Although I know the outside weather is out of the hotel's control, our room carpeting was damp and cold as it was quite muggy outside.

The rooms were clean, staff is very friendly and helpful with our stay. First booking with a Days Inn and it was very surprisingly clean and modern. Our stay was just a 1 night layover since we were driving cross country to Vancouver. Breakfast included so that’s a plus.

Room was clean and there is new flooring and rugs.
Location - there is nowhere to walk, you are basically a prisoner and need to use a car to go to restaurants, groceries, etc. The place is on the wrong side of the tracks and the area is dumpy looking. The noise from the traffic is loud. The noise from the trains is loud. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything. We had a broken ironing board in the middle of our room when we first entered. The hotel listing mentions an executive lounge which is untrue - the "lounge was not opened and I was told this service is not available. I am surprised that Wyndham has their name attached to this hotel.

LOCATION IS GOOD. ROOM WAS CLEAN. ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD.
THE ROOM WAS TOO NOISY, YOU COULD REALLY HEAR "EVERYTHING". HAD A DOG IN THE NEXT ROOM AND VOILA!
THE TOILET TANK KEPT RUNNING. NO WATER KETTLE. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD NO FRUITS. NO BOWLS FOR CEREALS.

Room was fundamentally ok, if a little basic, and bed was comfortable so slept fine.
Breakfast was also quite basic but fine.
Had to wait several minutes at check in before anyone appeared at reception.
Location is out of centre and at least a 10 minute walk to nearest shops/food outlets.
Desk chair in room had obviously had drink spilled all over it and which was therefore very sticky and unable to use but had not been cleaned.

I picked your hotel with restaurant expecting to have dinner there. It meant I had to go back out and search quite a while to find a restaurant.
You need two people on duty during check in. I tried to call in for directions and the phone wasn't answered and the mail box was full. I stopped 3 times asking for directions. If was a 15 Min wait to check in due to volume. The lady (staff) was patient and helpful.
